Nice for the most part, but my room had a sound from inside the wall that gave me a headache. It was relentless. I should have asked for a different room.

Overall, this is an older property with a few rough spots due to age, but the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good, it is well-located and I’d stay here again.

It was as a very comfortable stay. Very quiet. The staff was very polite and kind. The only complaint if any, we didn’t know where to put our trash so we had to set outside. It sat for a few hours for pick up. Very minor issue.

Beds were comfortable Front desk only answered 1 out of 3 times and there was a coffee maker and coffee but no coffee pot. Also, the pull out sofa bed was wobbly and the mattress to that sofa bed was disgusting! Other than that everything else was ok. The beds were dresh and comfortable and the lady at the front desk was sweet.

I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed it, clean cheap hotel nothing fancy but good when you need a place to lay your head at night and close to everything Addison has to offer.

Staff in charge of the breakfast Buffett were fantastic. Made sure everything was well stocked and very pleasant.

Water would not get warm. We took cold showers our whole stay.

The hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. There was what appeared to be mold in the ac vents and dust blown on the ceiling above where the vent blew. The ac is very loud. Lots of highway noise. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. The hotel had a run down feel to it. The way the buildings are separated/laid out, we didn’t feel very safe in the hallways at night.

Property is cute and quaint with a feeling of home or a small neighborhood/village. Quiet and peaceful. Staff was friendly. Location was great with lots of places to eat within walking distance. But the options expand if you want to get a ride. Staff was friendly - although I did have to ask for a plunger a few times before receiving. For a family staying in a suite with one bathroom, this was a little hiccup. I also asked a house keeper for a new comforter for the sofa bed and never received it. This may have been because none of them seemed to speak very much English. I encountered 4 of them and they all looked at me pretty perplexed. The staff never cleaned, remade our beds, or provided fresh linen during our whole stay - and yes, we didn't use the card on the outside of the door. Pool was often closed when it should have been opened, and we constantly had to remove the leaves, bugs, trash ourself.

Parking is $13 per day which doesn't seem reasonable given that there are plenty of space and the area is not like downtown where it is tight for parking, not is it like gated or secure...

Condition of the room was poor. Many things were broken. Roof leaked and was previously patched. Air conditioning was extremely loud. Vents were very dirty. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Staff were friendly and curtious. But the first room we went to had stopped up plumbing. Second room we stayed in we had to unplug yhe refrigerator because the ice make wouldn't shut up. And the bolt lock kept freezing up and we had issues locking and unlocking.

Old property needs to be updated. Basic amenities are lacking. Staff is not very friendly. Breakfast options are limited and hot items were not replenished promptly. Had to wait for food at breakfast when we were in a rush to get to a game.

Location, room and spave5 The air did not work. It was hot. My family and I sweated all night and had sleep without cover. I contacted front desk for fans but they didnt have any. We were told to move but it was after 2 am and my family were sleep and that was an inconvenience for us again to pack up everything to move to two rooms so everyone could have a bed to sleep on.

There were a few homeless around and one blocked my path while I was trying to get inside my building. While there are many views on how to help them it does raise safety concerns.

Starting with check-in, Richie (?) couldn’t have been more pleasant, efficient, and professional. The same goes for the team serving breakfast. They were SO nice and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Housekeeping was every other day and she was on top of her game. Highly recommend.

One of the most average hotels I’ve seen lately. Extremely thin/noisy floors, wow. Hollow doors and could hear absolutely everything in the hallway. Rooms were depressingly scant, cold decor, if any. The grounds were pretty good, little sport court & nice hang out spots, walking distance to decent restaurants. But,.. eh. Shop around do more solid walls & floors.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the facilities need some upkeep. Our first room smelled of smoke, the second had AC issues, and the third was fine except for a broken fridge. We appreciated the staff’s efforts, though the maintenance problems affected our stay.

Also when we got to our room, to our surprise, we had been given a handicap room. We did not reserve or want a handicap room. We were not told our room was a handicap room until we got to the room. Very disappointed we weren’t asked about if that was OK or not when we were checking in.

Great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially the young man who works the kitchen for breakfast. He went over and above expectations during our stay. The pool and hot tub are cleaned daily. My only less than positive feedback is that some of the hardware fixtures in the rooms could stand an update (i.e. faucets, toilet paper holder, etc). The bed was more comfortable than most hotels, and we really enjoyed the two-bedroom suite for a family experience.

Every staff member we interacted with was super pleasant and helpful. They always went out of their way to say hi, which might be a southern thing, but it was such a welcome change from home! The front desk clerk that checked us in was confident, knowledgeable, and gave clear directions and information on the property without us having to ask. The location of this hotel was perfect for us & close to the venues we were attending.

The only issues I had was that the tub in the cleaning crew could do a better job in cleaning the tubs in the rooms. Also, this establishment should definitely look into putting up AUTOMATIC AIR FRESHENERS up and down the hallways on every floor. The hallways did have a bad odor at times. Air fresheners would solve that problem. Other than that, this hotel is ok with me

Checked in at 6:30 pm Saturday, fine. Saw obvious hair on appeared used sheets. At approximately 11:30 pm returned to room and bedroom tv did not work “no satellite”. Called front desk and was told a repair was scheduled for Monday. If that’s the case I should’ve been given notice with option to different room at check-in & during late nite call to the least. Heard ppl arguing outside of my room #126 bldg B after midnite. Pillows small, hard & flat so no rest for one nite stay. Couldn’t even angle for comfort sleep. Hopefully no general political response is given.

Place was comfy but needs updating. Loved the space. Killed a few spiders but nothing crazy. Room would smell like weed in the middle of the night. Elevator was broken for a few days of our stay and we were so far away from it we didn't realize it was back. Never tried breakfast because we were so far and it was too hot to make it worth the walk.

This is an older property but I knew that when I booked, I also understand the rate charged is much less than you’d find for comparable newer properties. Therefore I wouldn’t complain once I actually stay there. I didn’t encounter any bugs or overflowing trash cans and the area was safe, I didn’t notice anyone gathering outside that didn’t belong and I’m extremely cautious when it comes to safe areas, and very aware of my surrounds so if I saw it, you’d know it. The front desk was very courteous. No issues at all. Lovely stay that didn’t break the bank!

More like Extended stay for people, cats, noise, and lots of trash. Gave the overall vibe I was not a traveler in a hotel but a resident in a group home. Nice area but strange interactions with others on property.

Then, one night there was a downpour of rain. It started dripping massively down the bedroom window. Luckily, we got another room and the charge for that night was taken off our bill. The next room’s bathroom had a giant protruding water leak through the ceiling over bathtub. Only the paint in the ceiling was holding that water back. It also smelled of weed everyday in the hallway or someone was cooking in another room. So, if the cleaning and update of the hotel would have been better, this hotel would have gotten a better rating. The location is great too!

The property and surrounding area is so cute! Very easy walk to lots of dining and shopping. Staff was great, room was fine. Continental breakfast is delivered right to your door. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

All was good but I was unaware of the hotel daily parking fee. The hotel never asked if I had a car or took my license plate information. They just assumed and then charged me. This was very frustrating to find out after I checked out of the hotel.

The hallway smelled of weed. The windows were unlocked when we arrived. Room was very dark. Location was good. Lots of restaurants and activities around. Would not recommend and will not stay again.

When we arrived to check in, the receptionist was speaking with another guest about how she couldn’t help him with the TV and there was no one available to help either. We checked in, went to building B and the outside trash cans were overflowing. There was an absolutely rancid smell all the way in the hallway to the room. The room had a giant hole in the wall behind the door. We left and tried to check out but the receptionist wasn’t there.

The Residence Inn Addison, TX Quorum Dr. Is our go to choice. We will only ever come back here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to Jay-Jay, Truveda, Tammie, and Nicole for being awesome hosts. They are happy to help with any issues that may arise from running out of toilet paper at 1am to professionally handling situations involving unruly and rude guest to make your stay better. Whether we need a room for a night or a room for a month this is the place to be with lots of walking distance restaurants and entertainment.

The staff member Truventia seemed irritated we used Expedia. Also seemed like we were getting on her nerves because we had a pet. Offer to give us a room that was cheaper when the price we paid was more, (for 2 rooms and wanted them near each other)she said we wouldn’t be given the difference because we used a third party. We did get two room but I think people should be greeted with a better attitude and wanting or appear to want to help. (As all the other staff member were wonderful.)I’ve never had issues using Expedia. They have always been helpful.

The trash receptacle (near B side entrance) was overflowing when I arrived and after check out! The doors and frames could use a good cleaning! Front desk host was the highlight of the stay…greeted you with a warm welcome

Not sure what type of neighborhood or area this hotel is located but we arrived after 8pm and noticed alot of weed smoking and people hanging outside in parking lot. All the trash cans were over flowing and inside the hotel and down the halls you noticed the smell of people smoking weed. Even the next moring walking out and certain places smelled like weed. The rooms appeared extremely cleaned and smelled clean. The breakfast buffet was great. This hotel seems shady at night until you get into your room.

Very nice staff, the room was comfortable. Easy check in, no Hassel. I loved the bathroom, the room was very clean. And the Breakfast was actually pretty good. The cook kept everything fresh, hot and refilled everything. I even saw him tightening the breakfast bar a few times. Great service!!!

Parked my truck in the parking spaces in front of the lobby entrance… my truck was gone and had been stolen the next morning. No cameras anywhere on the property. Extremely disappointing.

J.J. was so helpful when we realized the boxspring to the bed was broken. He moved us into another room right down the in no time. We are frequent visitors and pleased with his hospitality.

I don't stay at Residence Inn very often but will highly consider it for future stays. Our suite smelt freshly cleaned upon entering and it was convenient to the venue we were attending (less than a 5 minute walk!). A few issues that could be easily fixed: one of the bathroom doors did not close due to a misaligned latch, one of the bathroom tubs had a drain plug that would not stay up. Overall, convenient location and clean for the win!

The facility is clean up on checking in, always appeared clean and vacuumed. When entering from the parking lot of the West Entry disgustingly dirty. Trash overflowing, foul liquid staying on the cement sidewalk. Brought it to the attention of the front desk, no action taken no follow up. Disgusting to enter each time you left your room and came back to reenter the building. They should receive higher marks but fail to have their maintenance crew follow up

Hotel room has poor lighting. In the two bedroom's suite there is only one bedside lamp in the bedroom area.The staff was friendly, in particular Jerry was very good!

The location and the staff are wonderful. And the room is clean and well maintained. The property is in need of an upgrade. Our bathroom ceiling had sections of the popcorn effect fallen off so it was patchy. We stay her yearly due to the staff, amenities that serve us well like breakfast and the pool. But don't expect a modern look or newer beds. I also wish the pool maintenance was done prior to opening time. The guy was very friendly with the kids but on 2 of our days the kids had to wait for an hour after opening to go in the pool due to his working on it at opening time.

There were several damaged items in our room like dents in the refrigerator, and one of the closet door handles was broken. There was a strong smell of marijuana just inside the door to the building we stayed in (building B, elevator entrance).

Trundle bed sofa impossible to sit on.Went next door where friends were staying at Hyatt.Had breakfast with them after telling staff about my experience next door. You should try breakfast sometime.Maybe it’s just your Addison location.Ill stay next door next 4 th.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. Even after we stayed the first night, the second day the room still had a horrible odor.
