I was charged 13 dollars a day for breakfast and there was never any breakfast items. Ask the front desk about this and all the said was we dont have breakfast. But for a place to lay your head for the night it was ok. Very quiet not a lot of people for the weekend that we stayed. The rooms need a little updating but not bad.

States there's continental breakfast, there was only coffee and pastries. States there was cable, there was only digital local channels. Police with lights and sirens at 3am. There were people hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night.

The parking lot was a mess, dirty, with a lot of garbage everywhere. The room was cleaned only once in the 3 days we stayed there. The condition of the bathroom was poor. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. This hotel needs a lot of remodeling. .

The room was really small and not so much accommodating I had left something in the room and they act like per usual that they didn’t find anything. If you find something always give it to the front desk because you don’t know if they are coming back for it.

Terrible service and did NOT provide the amenities listed. Reeked of marijuana through the halls, and the AC unit was extremely loud. The number one thing, they said breakfast was included, and they had nothing.

I booked through expedia which i thought had the tax and fees included, only to show up and be told there was a $50 deposit, a $25 pet deposit (even though their policy states $15) no fee for service animal which i have w/ proper paperwork but the employee wouldnt accept it.

The front desk gentleman was very friendly but the first thing I was told was that breakfast was no longer included and that was one of the reasons I booked to stay there so that was very disappointing. The room smelled a bit of mold, the showerhead was not working correctly and there were people yelling and children screaming way passed midnight on my second night. The first night was nice and quiet.

Terrible. I’ve asked for a refund. The room was scalding hot in August, because the HVAC had been turned off. The room never cooled overnight and I woke up several times due to being uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful and overall I have a great experience at this location even though they don’t serve breakfast their kindnesses makes a customer like overlook the other things about staying as a guest at this property and I wouldn’t mind staying here in future references as well just in case and they are very nice staff here at this property….!!!😊

The staff don't care about you or anything. I think they own the hotel and are just there to collect your money. Didn't have housekeeping come by once in the 7 nights I stayed. Shower leaked everywhere. Light pouring in from the door jam and wind sill.

Dirty towels and linen on the floor. The window was wide open, as if someone was entering into the room from outside. Room smelled like smoke. I immediately requested for another room. I get #322. The shower was horrible. The shower door opens in the shower, you get wet attempting to cut on cold water. The shower faucet leaked over the door onto the floor near the toilet. The AC unit cover, fell and almost hit my friend foot. This is the worst motel/hotel I ever stayed out. You need to remove them off your list. I only stayed there for two hours. I couldn't take it anymore. I left and went elsewhere.

Staff was rude, waited 30 mins at check in because Staff said I had not paid tried to charge me after I paid online. The first room that was provided recked of smoke/mildew. The second room was not swept I had to ask staff for a broom, linen turned inside

For the price it wasn’t worth it. Soon as I came into my room it smelled and there was a dead roach on a dresser by the table. Staff was also very aggressive and watching us closely

Room wasn’t quiet. Didn’t get the bed I reserved. It was loud barely got any sleep. Front desk was extremely rude. No shampoo conditioner or soap. Sheets didn’t smell clean at all. Blankets weren’t warm. I will never stay here again and I am fighting for compensation for not recieving the room I reserved and paid for. Front desk lied to me about policies. No soap. Rude staff. Didn’t get the room a paid for. Asked for quiet and it was loud all night.

Not happy with customer service, requested to have sheets changed in one room as they were dirty, one of the rooms smelled really bad, another one the door would not close properly. Rooms were never once cleaned during our stay. Management said that they would get all of the issues taken care off addressed and cleaned and that did not happen at all.

Hotel smelled like Curry when you walked in. No continental breakfast as described online. Coffee only.dirty and stained furniture.

Check into the room. Holes in wall, dirty, shower didn¿t work, towels dirty, moldy fridge that did not work, mattress had cuts in it, no phone in room.. maintenance doesn¿t even have mops they use a stick and a towel. I have video and photo proof of all

I'm not even going to talk about what I saw in the shower. Im still processing that experience. With OU and UT playing along with the fair, we had no other option but to stay. We all slept fully dressed in clothes we burned when we got home.

Location. Women and older man that work there are nice and helpful. The younger man that was there over the holiday was very rude. They only give you toilet paper in the morning so don’t ask late at night. Dirty carpets, homeless or people always out by front door

Host had to keep repeating herself because she spoke very low and would get frustrated. Once we finished paying we stood there for about a minute and she says “why are you still here?” We had no idea we were done. Just made us uncomfortable. Never told us how to get to our room even though we could figure it out.

The bathroom was dirty with only two medium and two small towels to take a shower. The heater/ac machine spread dust. The filter need to be changed. People from the other rooms were too noisy.

The lady at the front desk at night was the rudest person I have ever came across at a hotel. I called and asked if they had a alarm clock for my room and she said you should have brought your own. I then asked for a wake up call and she hung up on me. I won't stay there again.

They don’t tell you until you check in you need 50 cash deposit. They are worried about if you smoke in the rooms but once you walk in all you smell is weed. the Elevator is only for the 3rd floor. Water smelled rotten shower had mold all drink and snacks Machines was out of order will never stay again

Had to extend stay one additional night Was told I had to check out and come back at four to check in again..(after I already had a confirmed reservation) 4. Catalytic converter was stolen from work vehicle overnight. Do I have to say anything more…I have been a business traveler for over 12+ years and never in my life have I had suck a horrible experience..

It's a horrible place, Towels weren't washed or if washed not properly washed, they were spots, I mean big dirty spots on towels, rooms smell like chemical factory, there was a dead roach in the room. bed sheet had a large gray liquid spot on it. I left the place after an hour.

The staff was rude and very mean. They originally over charged my debit card $221.00 and did not honor the reservation. When I addressed the issue they became very rude and mean the entire stay. They finally gave me the .64 cents. But only after I complained (3) times.

On the plus side, it was inexpensive and they accepted dogs, which we needed. The lobby was dirty and it felt like the A/C was set on 85-90 degrees. There were bags of garbage piled up in the hallway just off the lobby. The carpet on the stairs and hallways was filthy. The room was not clean and the shower was disgusting. The website said there was free breakfast but there was no breakfast available, not that I would have eaten there anyway. The dining room was filthy. We only had to stay there for about 12 hours, I would not have wanted to stay another night.

The renovation if at any was poor. I requested some hand soap and was told to use a shower gel liquid. When we asked for some extra towels, the manager followed my girlfriend back to our room to make sure there were towels. We did not get any more than what was in the room. I'm glad they messed up on my second stay. We ended up leaving to go to the Wyndham hotel.

I did not like anything about the hotel. The bed is basically sleeping on a box. You couldn't use the elevator. The hallways were dirty. With stained carpets And dirty towels in the floor. This is not a 2 star Hotel. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. They offer breakfast on the site, but does not have a license to offer breakfast. Room was not clean and there were holes on the sheets. Customer service was great!!

Discrimination towards my family. Made me pay a deposit because I have small children. Extremely rude management. There’s no breakfast, no daily housekeeping. At checkout I tried to speak to whoever is in charge and was told no and to leave before they called the police on my family. Will never stay at this hotel again and will try my best to spread the word to others. HORRIBLE

I was suprised how nice it was for the price. It was very clean and the tv was bigger than the $130 a night i staued at last time i was here. It also had a microwave and a mini fridge so i wiuld definitely stay there agian.

When checking in, it seemed that they charged us a second time even though we paid using Expedia (but will need to double check again) as we were forced to sign a receipt for $111 dollars? The bathroom should be updated, the pressure was not adjustable (the shower head was broken), it was very high and hurt when it hit the skin. Upon waking up, we headed to breakfast as this hotel advertised breakfast on Expedia and within the hotel. Well, breakfast was sh*t. When we walked in, it was juice, a dozen donuts, and some bread. The donuts were already all gone when we went down because there is no way a dozen donuts can feed an entire hotel and just 2 of the bread left, still had to eat elsewhere for breakfast. When we left and came back, one of the hotel workers stared at us as we walked inside the hotel and was very creepy/stalkerish because he stared at us through the entrance window. When I greeted him, he just stared immensely at me with distaste and made us feel extremely unwelcome. When we walked up the stairs, he yelled at my partner and I asking what we were doing. He was extremely rude so I replied to him in shock asking what? He asked what we were doing on the stairs, I said we were just going up to our room and checking out the staircase. He yelled at us to just continue on our way for no reason. They don't allow people to use the elevator if your room is on the 2nd floor which is ridiculous, I have illness which makes stairs painful. Worst hotel ever. Don't go here.

Ok hotel. Not The Maroitt, but decent, near plenty of stores, and dining. Staff was extremely nice. Quiet place also.

I booked and paid for my hotel room but the receptionist claim my itinerary number was not pulling me up n charged me again to get a room for me. I will never ever in my life sleep in America’s best again and I will be calling my bank for charging me twice for that messed up hotel.

It is very bad, Bathroom is all broken and flush isn't working. When we asked for a maid, they said that they can give a plunger to us and we should clean ourself. Disgusting people

When i finally got my room tunred on the lights to the bath room there was cockroaches in my shower spiders on my night stang the place looks like it hasnt been touched since the 60s when somthing breaks at least scrap the glue off where it was help up or learn how to pick up a hammer and nails for what my price came out to be was unacceptable yhis place needs new managment asap there is no way this place is up to code spent the extra money and go to the la quinta .5 miles down the road ive stayed at all of them just do ur self a favor

Not in a good area. I was propositioned by prostitutes twice during my stay. Hotel was decent, and I was upgraded to a room with a kitchenette which was appreciated.

It was on the upper end of the low budget hotel scale .. interior rooms for a exterior room price.

Could have better breakfast set up with more choices, could put in articicial plants fir dress up. It looks very dull within
