Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa

The staff was nice, upgraded us to a higher class room because we were on our honeymoon (as well as a bottle of wine). The room was large, the terrace was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. Pool, sauna where nice. Would love to attend the wellness center once more. This rating is based on the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, so our requirements are high. Although the design of the rooms and the hotel is beautiful, the furniture is very impractical and uncomfortable. For example, the lounge chair in the room is not usable because the material is slippery, it was impossible to sit in it (unless you are wearing latex or leather clothes). The chair at the table is uncomfortable, the armrest is not usable. The lighting looked modern but impractical, the towel rack was inconvenient. The shower was dripping, even though it was turned off. The website stated that a terrace was available, but on site it turned out that it was only available for certain room classes. Also, the website did not state that balconies were available, even though most rooms have them. The furniture is very heavy (chairs) and was very difficult to move (which is annoying when you are sitting at a table or when You go to the bar). There was an information booklet in the room that contained information - QR codes (completely unnecessary in my opinion). It turns out that the pool and saunas are free, but massages are at an additional cost (this was not clear from the information on booking.com). My husband is critical - not wanting to return to this hotel because he has never stayed in a more uncomfortable room.

Overpriced and interior design a bit tasteless. Breakfast was pretty mediocre.

Super staff, helpful (giving advices on hikes) and we appreciated that they agree to postpone by 1 hour the check-out time. No body in the fitness room. Great Breakfast.

SPA

Location, great service and very nice breakfast 1. The sofa in the bedroom was quite harsh and not suitable for sleeping. It caused discomfort and back pain. 2. The bathroom door was slightly transparent, which did not provide adequate privacy.

The TV does not support external flash drives because it switches to the hotel app every 2 minutes. In addition, the room lacks a little light, but this is more a matter of preference

The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was spacious and clean, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel felt very warm and cozy. The spa area was a nice bonus after a long day of hiking, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. There are enough parking lots for everyone. A couple of small downsides: there was some dirt visible on the bottom of the pool, and the mattresses in our room were quite worn out, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Fitness center is small

1- location - central location . Walking distance to city attractions. Very close to main train station & bus stop of Zakopane. Lots of restaurants and shops and cafes nearby. 2- Room - very spacious with smart setup & furniture & balconies. 3- Breakfast- rich with lots of food and choices with wide indoor dining hall and pleasant outdoor tables. 4- Staff- most of them friendly yet professional employees. Special thanks to Mr (Pawel & Mathus ) whom are welling to go the extra mile to make the hotel guest more comfortable and happier. 5- parking lot- very wide and spacious indoor/ outdoor parking spaces against acceptable minimum charges Bathrooms are with semi- transparent glass doors which may not be comfortable with some guests. Few staff members are very conservative in taking & smiling with international guests
