Had everything you need to be comfortable and happy. Bed, balcony, kitchen, etc., it was perfect. Lack of WiFi was an issue, not going to lie.

If you don't have a vehicle, it's a bit of a walk ( 20 minutes) downtown, but a nice walk . I wasn't expecting to have such a nice balcony from the room with mountain views. The beds aren't great, but I wasn't expecting the royal treatment at the price point. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful.

NOTHING THE HOTEL/GUEST HOUSE WAS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING WE LET THE PROPERTY AS SOON WE SAW THE VERY SMALL ROOM, ROOM HAS NO TOILET AND SHOWER, SHOWERS AND TOILTES VERY DIRTY, LOCATION IS BAD IN ONE SENTENCE ITS LIKE A HORROR PROPERTY NOTHING THE HOTEL/GUEST HOUSE WHAT EVER YOU CALL IT WAS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING WE LET THE PROPERTY AS SOON WE SAW THE VERY SMALL ROOM, ROOM HAS NO TOILET AND SHOWER, SHOWERS AND TOILTES VERY DIRTY, LOCATION IS BAD, NO INTERNET, IN ONE SENTENCE ITS LIKE A HORROR PROPERTY, THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE, I HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO SAY BECAUSE LIKE I SAID WE LEFT THE PROPERTY IN JUST 15 MINS AND WE FOUND OTHER NICE AND WELCOMING PROPERTY. BOOKING.COM SHOULD REMOVE THIS DISGUSTING PROPERTY FROM THE LIST

The location wasn't too bad. The beds were horrifically uncomfortable as the mattresses were only a few inches thick. Fortunately I was in a triple room on my own so put more mattresses on one bed. My order said private bathroom but it wasn't. It was a shared male/female bathroom at the other end of the hall and then separate male and female shower rooms. It felt like an old and very basic army barracks from the 40s. My fault for missing the fact they didn't provide towels. I have never stayed anywhere that didn't provide towels and I'm 54 countries down. The rooms literally have beds (with sheets too small to cover the whole mattress), table, chairs, sink and bin. Nothing else!

Great value for your money. Cheap but warm, clean room with nice view to the mountain. I recommended it. If you are unlucky than you can have some noisy other guests close to your room. There is no noise isolation at all.

the property is close to town center. you have keys to lock your room, and a balcony which is shared with other guests. the price was ok, the cheapest stay at zakopane last minute the other guests were loud and agressive, the bathroom was a long way from the room and the kitchen was really poorly equipped, you had to go down to the other floor if you wanted to take a fork. the sheets were clean, but the room floors was dusty and dirty, also it said that the room would have a private bathroom, but it only had a sink.
