The guest house Rusałka is located in the mountain resort of Zakopane and offers accommodations with a private bathroom and free WiFi. No coffee machine in room or hair dryer. Have to wait till 7:30 to get coffee in the buffet. You can always buy yourselves instant coffee in the city and cook hot water in room.

Breakfast was what I expected. Location wasn’t as close to ski access as was made out in description. Not as close to skiing S.A. anticipated

The price was quite reasonable, my room was extremely cozy and had a great view of the mountains! There was a nice breakfast buffet included. The host also loaned me trekking poles for free and had written information with English. I really enjoyed my stay! But if I'm being fussy, it would be nice if rooms included some simple shampoo / bodywash.

As soon as you enter the hotel you get a feeling of Zakopane.....The staff are very friendly and helpful..... exceptional breakfast....the location is very quiet and peaceful Nothing

The bathroom was extremely small, given the size of the suite. The open kitchen area in the breakfast room was remarkably noisy, with the constant sound of dishes clanking, staff talking, and loud music playing. It was difficult for guests to hear each other over the noise.

First of all the reception was very helpful and friendly explaining what we can do and how to get around they also had a very good breakfast and room for the price we paid for our 1 night stay. Amazing recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, a home away from home! Great and quiet location surrounded by beautiful wooden cabins, nature and walking distance to the Main Street. Breakfast couldn’t be better, everything you need and super tasty and fresh with of course the polish touch of cuisine. The reception gentleman were so friendly and helpful and took their time to show us hiking routes on the maps ans give us excellent recommendations. So grateful for that personal support and touch! All was perfect!

Staff was helpful, but the guy in the reception didn't speak English (only Russian and Polish). He said tomorrow will be other staff member who will speak English. Cleanliness was almost perfect: restroom was clean, no dust, no leak, no lime. Bedding was also absolutely clean. TV in the room only Polish channels, but here you do not come for TV :) You can find refrigerator in the corridor: one refrigerator for 3 rooms. Room quite enough. Overall, we totally were satisfied with that option. Plus perfect location - quiet side street and only 10 min by walk to the downtown. No complain about the breakfast - 3 star hotel level: Sweden style table plus you get special plate with various stuff (meet, cheese, vegetables etc.) Internet speed was average (despite motel was not very busy (perhaps 3/4 rooms was empty)), so probably when it is full - it could be challenge to use internet. Communication before arriving could be better: you getting answers, but sometimes it was not very informative.
