The host was very kind and careful not to miss anything. The breakfast was very varied and tasty, and the rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. The SPA area is functional, clean, and the water in the pool is very good. I highly recommend!

Location and the home feeling of the hotel. Nothing

Very convenient, cosy hotel. Spa in -1 level reached by elevator, also breakfast area. Room was nice only a bit too warm... Breakfast delicious and fresh. Bathroom area was nit clean enough

Super spectacular stay and I must say that it is one of the best property in EU. Loved the hospitality. Super friendly staff ?. I felt like being at home. Highly recommended and I will going to make one more visit in a couple of months. Super accessible to all attractions. Taxi is super cheap in Zakopane. Must come if you really want to experience. ???? Nil

Location Breakfast ( the lady in the kitchen incredible) Fitness is not fitness…only 2 treadmills and bike in pool area, no weights,mat or even any space to exercise:( taking to account that we have booked this place only for this reason?pool and fitness area only open from 11 so very late, sauna only warms up to 45 degrees Rooms walls are very thin and everyone can hear everything?

Amenities are fantastic. Breakfast is simple , but great, staff are extremely helpful. Pool and gym area are small, but absolutely perfect. It includes counter-current swimming flow. We could use some board games, but we really loved the pool and our room,. It was great to be able to relax. Hope to be back soon!

Great facilities and value for money. Only small thing that could have helped our stay was if the gym opened before 11am so could use it before heading out for the day. But appreciate this is a very small thing.

Clean place, very friendly staff. Delicious food

The receptionist staff was amazing and can understand very good English. Maybe in the breakfast the full ingredients should all be written in English as my wife has an onion intolerance and it was difficult to explain to the staff, although they tried it was only the language barrier. And we would preferred that ir is written clearly that the room won't be cleaned every day.

We love the room, the hotel is very comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view, the staff was amazing! Breakfast was very good! the location, they don’t have an easy access

In general everything was OK. We liked very much the automtic check-in, check-out system (without reception). Breakfast was also very good. One remark: There is no sink to wash your hands in the toilet and you need to go through the bedroom to get the bathroom to wash hands.

Extremely tasteful, unique, modern and clean accommodation. Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is very varied and plentiful, eggs are freshly prepared on request. (I think there should be tissues in the rooms.)

Very smart service

An excellent hotel! It starts with the very nice and professional staff, continues with the luxurious rooms, where it is clear that a lot of thought was put into their design. The delicious breakfast with local delicacies every morning also left us wanting more. We will definitely visit again in the future. We loved everything.
