I liked the mountain view from the balcony. The apartment is clean and the staff are very approachable and friendly. We arrived there earlier and they let us check in earlier as well. Nothing in particular.

The location In the living room the terrace door was screwed in and some of the lamps and connectors was not working. The TV was different and smaller from the photos

The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The unit is close to the city center—about a seven-minute walk to the main street. Parking is available on-site, so there’s no need to drive.

We had a very good time. The apartment is located close to the city center and has on-site parking. The staff are very friendly. We had a small issue with the sofa bed, but they quickly sent someone to fix it and also compensated us for the inconvenience. No dishwasher

Really clean and modern apartment with all the amenities needed to survive with 7 of us. Underground parking was safe and secure too. Breakfast was well received every morning from all of us. Great location walking distance from the town centre. Would highly recommend and stay here again in Zakopane.

there was everything you need, but I was not satisfied with the dirty floor and dust behind the TV I didn't like the fact that when an inadequate Pole kicked us out of the sauna and it was on the territory of the hotel, I was with a child, the child got stressed, the security did not react in any way. They said call the police yourself. So think before you go here with children. You pay money and the hotel doesn't care about your problems. Security is for a tick.

Nice clean and warm flat and good location to walk into town. Would definitely stay here again. Minor issues but the bed sheet on the main bed was too small and didn't cover the mattress,, so we just got a spare one from the sofa bed and put two sheets on the bed to cover it.

The apartment was spacious and good located Apartment was not clean enough, dirty walls and surfaces. We had just 1 towel per person and not even a single towel for feet or kitchen. When we asked additional towels we got an answer “it’s not a hotel, use what you have”. But 3 days later they gave us towels. One of the showers didn’t work so we had to go to reception every day (they didn’t respond to our messages) to ask to fix it. Wi-Fi practically didn't work, only near the front door of apartment.

Not far from centre, around was grocery stores, generally quiet area. Apartment was warm. There was not enough toilet paper. Second and third bedroom mattresses were not comfortable. In kitchen there were no towels, sponge and another extra trash bag.

Good size of the apartment No Shampo or Shower Gel.

We had three showers in our apartment -one of them was broken .the air condition was only in the living room

Great large apartment for family. Everything you need for a long stay is there. Good location not far from central bus station. Minor issues: strange issues with some lights and el. sockets not working. Also during summer season el. heater for towels not working in the bathroom.
