The whole hotel is relatively close to the train station nice Mountain View but the room was very small and there's no elevator There's no elevator the room although clean was kind of dated and there was not enough plugs to charge things only one in the entire room

The location is great, near the (almost) only park in the city. Southward-facing windows have spectacular view of the mountains. The hotel is really easy to reach by car and there is plenty of room for parking. The breakfast was far from delicious, it was rather mediocre. My room was across the wall from small kitchenette and that wall was really thin. I could hear perfectly well the people there. The room's door are seemingly original from the 1970s so they aren't neither sound-proof nor very safe. Building has 3 floors and there is no lift which wasn't a problem for me but for some less-than-moderately fit guests may need to take this into account.

Location … literally that’s it. Bathroom: toilet seat broken, shower had a hole in it, shower cubical was tiny how does a larger person get in/out? Bedroom: mattress was dirty full of fluff, not enough pillows, room was noisy with inside and outside noise. The lights constantly flashing (put new bulbs in). Long blonde human hairs on the beds, the coat hook was hanging off the wall so no coats could be hung up. The one day we asked for the room to be cleaned there was NO cleaning just fresh old manky towels. No refreshment refilled as stated in the particulars. Reception: you are the face of the hotel you need to greet new guests at least say “hello” on check in and also daily, you blatantly IGNORED my husband when he said hello to you! You need to do better at acknowledging guests. One fair haired lady with glasses was dam right rude!! Are you aware you are in the hospitality business? The whole building is out dated and there is NO lift so lugging all your luggage and children’s pushchairs upstairs 2/3 flights of stairs is hard. Thank goodness we never paid to eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant if that’s the standard of the hotel!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , we were a group of 10. The location is amazing, 10 mins walk from the main Christmas market on the main street and the restaurants. Staff is very kind and helpful.In the four-person apartment, there were 2 rooms, and a kitchen which was very comfortable. In the four-person apartment, two of the beds were not actual beds but sofas that could be converted into beds.

We did not find an elevator, which was not a problem for us, but if you bring heavy suitcases with you be aware you would need to carry them up to your room.
