Big, comfortable, nice furniture, nice view, nice location, clean. The temperature of the room was preset by the owners and I couldn’t change it. It was colder than I would have liked during the day, and it was really hot at night, too hot. They said they had temperature control but clearly they didnt, they just open it at certain times. Also the hot water would be gone after 1 minute in the shower which is not enough to shower, not even for one person, let alone more.

Cozy room, with pretty much all of the essentials needed to get ready for hiking. Additional blankets available. Small, but functional bathroom. Peaceful neighborhood, around 15 minutes walk away from the train station. Helpful and kind owner. Hard to point out anything! Equipment in our small room was basic, but absolutely enough to enjoy your time hiking and have a good sleep.

Great location, very close to train/bus station. Self-service worked great. Room did have everything you’d need, except a fridge. Fee for not washing dishes is a joke. Could really use a fridge, even a communal one, but to be fair it did state no fridge so not a surprise. Very thin walls. Bed not particularly comfortable. No A/C, room got rather hot after a full day of moderately warm weather.

The place was comfortable and cozy. Perfect for couple. Apartment was super clean and fully automated.It's close to transportation . Uber and free now doesn't work in zakopane only taxi but the bus are frequent to any destination which is just down the road. There is netto and zabka near by for grocery.

It’s a good quality apartment. The room I lived was small, but it was enough for 3 days stay. The location is fine, 800m from the street with cafe, shops and buses. Bed sheets and towels were clean, and smelled nice:) The host is very helpful, when I was struggling with accessing the front door :) I think it would be good to have an additional towel, and a shelf in the shower

Spacious and well maintained room. staff are really helpful. highly recommend the place Distance from the city centre. have to walk a bit even to reach the bus stop. on the last day there was some work done on other rooms which I wasn’t not notified about and had to wake to the noise and some people tried to open the door thinking it was empty, I believe even they were not notified about my stay.
