Great location across from the train station. Refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold and had to pay for ice to be brought to my room.

Fantastic Location and the Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was huge with many options from local Indonesian to Western. Loved the fact I could walk to the train station in (2) minutes as well as the local food stalls within the old walls that foreign tourists don't know about. Of course M street is only a few minutes away as well. Walls are very thin, no sound proofing. Had one night of loud teenagers who didn't want to sleep but talk all night.

The Hotel and the Staff are amazing. The buffet is great but it gets crowded. The train station is It's right across the street so super comfortable if you are planning on visiting different cities. Since its across the street of the train station you can hear the trains arriving and departing. Not annoying but still keep it in mind if you have light sleep.

The location is too crowded I saw the children playing in the pool without their swimsuit ,you should put restriction that only people with the swimsuit could use the pool

The bed was quite hard. We spent a week there and found out the bed was a bit sturdy

Reception staff excellent, restaurant OK Noisy, being closer to the railway station and no noise proofing of the room, sleeping every night was a challenge.

Perfectly located opposite the train station, the hotel is good value for money. They offered us free breakfast and free mini fridge contents. The corridor to the rooms had a bad smell and the carpet looked dirty (the room was clean however). It was also a bit noisy from the street.
