Located in a gorgeous quiet lane close to marlboro St, train station cafes and restaurants. Gorgeous garden setting. Room has everything you need at this price. Friendly helpful staff. Nice simple room. Aircon didn't work very well. Fan was very noisy. No blanket, just a sheet.

The location is great, close to the train station and to Malioboro street yet very quite. The patio is very nice. The owners kept our luggage after check-out so that we could visit the city before leaving. The bed linen had stains. The place is rather expensive.

Real closed to the cemter of the city but still quite (access through a pedestrian street). Nice terrace available for guests Rooms are old, need to be refurbished. The floor and sanitary are clean, but other furnitures are dusty, walls have not been cleaned since a long time. Air conditioning does not work properly. Ceiling fun is dirty

Location is good. Near the main street and train station. The shower is not separate from the toilet, there is no shower curtain so when you shower toilet gets wet.

Strategic location Water pump didn't work, so there wasn't any hot water for us. When I complained about it, the staff could only say sorry for the inconveniences without offering any other solutions ? I got sick after that due to showering with cold waters at night. Cockroach ? crawling on the wall in our room was the cherry on top. Thankfully we only stayed for one night. For what we got, the place is indeed overpriced.

Staff were amazingly helpful, the location was fantastic - in a quiet side street near the main drag. Wonderful courtyard, lovely balconies overlooking it, nice big comfy bed and a nice hot shower. WiFi was very patchy in the room - wasn't a bug problem though as signal strong on balcony and everywhere else. Please bear in mind they said they only take cash as payment - initially took us off guard and wasn't mentioned beforehand.

Good central location, in a quiet and safe gang, opposite the station. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent customer service, friendly and communicative, especially Timothy! Rooms need updating, though great outside communal area.
