The location was good and the lobby was nice. The rooms were sub par and the windows not sound tight at all but most significantly, the sheets and blanket were not clean. I found four individual hairs in between the blanket and the top sheet, one bed bug (I think it was a tick?), and several blood stain remnants (on both the sheets and the blanket as well). Disgusting. I only took a few photos but should’ve taken more- I was just eager to leave and not continue being increasingly grossed out. Would absolutely NOT recommend staying here. Stay at Royal Malioboro by Aston next door (same price essentially and 100x nicer) Also, the hotel did not offer a refund and booking.com only offered $11 back as a courtesy. Use agoda or a different third party that actually will hold hotels to a decent standard.

Good location. Close to Malioboro Street and train station to International Airport. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was pretty good. Hair dryer wasn’t provided in the room.

The staffs are pretty friendly. The room is small and its adjustment is really bad. It's not a three-star hotel; it must be a one-star or maximally two-star hotel. The towels they provided were dirty and smelly. The toilets are also inconvenient. The wifi is very weak, so I used thethering from my phone.

I had a wonderful stay at Malioboro Prime Hotel! -The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. -The breakfast was delicious, especially the "Gorengan" – definitely a must-try! -Room service was excellent – I ordered nasi ayam bakar, and it was absolutely tasty. -The receptionists were professional and helpful. -My room was spotless and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. -The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to jalan Malioboro. -Transportation is super convenient, with easy access to vehicles right in front of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again! The only downside was during check-in – there was only one staff member at the counter, so the waiting time was a bit long..

It was worth the money. Location is great. The bedding is not clean/fresh, felt old and used. The toilet and the shower is not clean, really need deep cleaning. Need more lighting in the room.

The reception is good. The room lacks proper ventilation, and there is an unpleasant odor. The toilet and shower area are not clean. Additionally, the towels were taken on my second day, and I had to request new ones.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. The best part about the hotel is that it's within walking distance to the train station, and I appreciate the extensive choice of TV channels. The breakfast was okay, not impressive, but also not disappointing. The best. what I don't like about the hotel is the floor is dark, making the room feels smaller.
