Breakfast : I like their home made chocolate toast. Eggs are fresh. Location: few minutes walking distance to Alun2, Sentra Gudeg Wijilan, 10 minutes walk to Malioboro. Indomaret is our neighbor. 20 minutes walk to Pasar Ngasem. We go here and there by car mostly like 15-20 minutes distance. I can say the location is superb Facilities: coffee shop, restaurant, comfy tables if you need working from hotel. No gym and pool. They can borrow you a bicycle. Traditional childhood games like dacon Room: water from dispenser, coffee, sugar and creamer, shampoo, soap, rubber sandals, towels. Staff: friendly and helpful Parking space: not to big. But can fit for 5-6 cars The hotel is very clean. And feels like home. Its not a busy, huge and crowded 5 starts hotel. Its a quiet and warm granny home. Nothing

A small, charming, and beautifully maintained hotel. The owner’s care is evident everywhere. For the price, the value is exceptional. Set in a restored colonial house, the furniture, garden, and thoughtful art details make the entire place a joy to stay in. The food is outstanding, and the café serves excellent coffee and breakfast. The hotel is near a mosque, and the morning call to prayer is loud. Light sleepers may want to be aware, though we personally found it part of the local experience.

Good central location. Well maintained property with Art Deco style. Staff attitude very nice and helpful. Reasonably priced. Food quality could have been better. Could not find and nearby restaurant.

The classic art deco design is over the top amazing. Communication with the receptionists could have been much, much better, but they, very sincerely always tried their best Note to other travelers: use online resources for travel information instead of the staff. There is a local uber like service. Use it.

The staff were all great. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Great location The shower and toilet are next to each other so that is a little strange but other than that, the room was great

Honestly one of the most unique places I stayed in Indonesia The interior decor had a retro style to it. Very clean and the AC was hella nice Staff helped us a lot Nothing

Before entering the room I was warned that there would be mosquitoes. There was A BUNCH - even if they didn’t bite. The bathroom wasn’t properly maintained and there were stains on our mouthwash cups. For the price that we paid I figured the linens could be of better quality.

Great place to stay while visiting Jogja. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained. Rooms are nice although not exactly huge (at least the one I stayed in). Breakfast was very good. Good communication, solid wifi, good location. Overall, it was great! Nothing

A very quiet space inside the hotel, while there’s a busy hustle and bustle outside. Very close to main attractions. Great staff. Good breakfast choices. We were very pleased with our stay.

Coffee was excellent. Really clean. Music choice was a plus. There were interesting board games. Quiet hotel although its on a busy area. The design of the hotel in general and the garden in particular was really nice.

Beautiful Artdeco style building. well-designed and renovated till last details. Additionally, there is a coffee-shop, although small it offers few dishes for lunch and dinner till 09.30PM. Many staffs were there to assist you. -

Comfortable room, fantastic location and the friendliest staff! Be sure to try their mie goreng with the springiest noodles. The reception helped me to keep my delivery from Jakarta and communications were smooth with prompt replies on WhatsApp. A great base for your Jogja adventure.

Well the decor is nice. Art Deco style. The level of English is way below average. Bathrooms are too small No windows to open. If you are closthrophobic, stay away. It feels like a prison cell. Breakfast is not good. It looks good, but the taste is far from being good. The location is in the middle of an industrial area nothing nice around.

Excellent central location - walking distance to all the key sites, whilst still maintaining quiet rooms. Lovely theme to the hotel (Art Deco) - great style and atmospheric music. Good breakfast and excellent communication with staff - very helpful use of Whats App! Helped us organise several tours and taxi from the airport.
