Good atmosphere and peaceful.

The owners are really nice and helpful (they helped us organize a couple of excursions and also get our train tickets to Malang); we could also extend our stay for one night without a problem! Homemade breakfast is incredibly good. Location is top, close to main attractions in Jogja (walking distance) but still in a quiet alley. We were not lucky with our room: it was quite small and humid, and the bathroom (part of the room) had no sink.

Hosts (Farina and Saut) were very hospitable. Their assistant, Maruf, was most helpful. I enjoyed the friendly environment and the local breakfast . Nil

The room we got was small and congested. Both the room and toilet required maintenance and cleanup. Facilities were basic

Nice house, good breakfast, friendly hosts! Birds don't belong in cages.

The position of the hotel is good, near the royal palace. The stuff is very kind. When I failed to buy the train ticket with my credit card, the young stuff helped me buy the ticket, and even printed the QT code. The hostress of the hotel is also very graceful and friendly.

Location, hostels helped with the organization of very interesting excursions Very poor sound insulation. Since the hostel in the city center, there are various noisy events, sometimes until 2 a.m.

Lots of facilities and it felt like purely home. All the staff are really nice and welcoming. The breakfast are good enough. The property really eye catching. And the Grand Piano is one of reason why i came here. Thank u Pendopo Andari Nothing, all good

Nice and friendly owners, has a very familiar ans relaxing vibe. Also, simple but very good very good breakfast in the morning. The room we got had no sink in the bathroom, we had to get out of the room even for washing our hands after toilet use. AC was also passable, took a long time for cooling the room. They also didn't clean the room or changed our towels once in the 3 days we were in there, so cleaningness could have been better.

The owners try to be nice, especially the boy, but they never ask how the room is or how we slept. I think they know how it is terrible this room, but they don't care about guests I am sorry, but our experience here was terrible. Maybe in general homestay and other rooms isn't so bad, but our room was the worst we ever have. The room was very small, with no place to put belongings or even bags. But worst - it isn't a door in the room - only with glass with small curtains, but anyway everyone can see inside. The window goes to another room, where it is a washing machine under the window and other guests all the night washing clothes, so all the night it is terrible noise. Another reason why you can't sleep - in the room out of window all night the lamp is on, and also the light goes through another window in the ceiling. When other guests go to the shared shower, in our room the conditioner just stop to work - in so small room you can just to suffocate without it. Also terrible bathroom and there is almost no water goes in the shower.

The family was very welcoming. I had to leave at 6:45 for my tour and they offered me an early breakfast if i wanted. The room was comfortable and the AC was cold! about a 10 minute walk to Malioboro. Only thing I didnt like was because i did not pay attention when i looked. I booked a room with a shared bathroom instead of the room with the bathroom. Whoops my fault.
