It had a lift. The staff at least wanted to help us. Decent sized rooms. Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to all the sites (palace, Museum, Taman Sari, etc) There aren't any restaurants close to the hotel.

Location So far the worst hotel we've stayed at in Indonesia. The lobby looked impressive, but the rooms were run-down and very dirty. Indonesian food was ok, but they didn't keep it warm.

I like that the location was very central and it's very easy to come back to the hotel. As there's a proper lobby area and a parking space, it is very convenient to drop off and also order in delivery. Also the staff are nice to recommend us the places to eat. There is also great massage place opposite the hotel so if you have spare time, you can go and have a massage before the check-in timing. The rooms are pleasant, just signs of bit of wear and tear in the bathroom but not a problem for us. The water in the bathroom, the hose is leaking, may need to fix it. Not really a big issue but can be a problem in the future. There's no shampoo so only body soap is the same as shampoo.

They really has the potential to be a good accommodation, but they really need to pay more close attention to the quality of the interior inside the room, the cleanliness of the chair, wifi and the shower. what I thing is great about that hotel is that the chair is very comfortable for those who stay there for work. The cleanliness of the showerhead and the chair. They really need to pay attention to the cleanliness, vacuum the chair because it's made of fabric. The breakfast was also very disappointing.

Bed was comfortable and personel quite nice. In general the hotel is run down. Room which we got was super dirty and very stinky. After 1st night we askt to change the room. It was little bit better in the new one but loud music started to play in the pool area at 6 a.m. very loud, I could hear it very loud in my room so couldn't sleep well. We asked to change this but anyway music started to play around 7 a.m what was super uncomfortable. Price is to high for this kind of standard.
