Rooms are tired looking and would benefit from an upgrade but a minor quibble as everything works and is comfortable.

Location, value price, sraff, clean, easy access, good food. No space for put shampoo & others stuff in the bathroom

The front office staff are too rigid with the rules and not flexible. Transportation is also a bit difficult because some roads are closed.

Located right along Malioboro Street, with a convenience store next door. Drinking water is provided, the staff are friendly and polite, and the air conditioning works well. The hotel feels worn out and overused. The bathroom wasn’t well-maintained, with dirty and unpolished edges, and the shower didn’t work properly. The bed sheets were stained, no extra pillows were provided, and the room itself felt quite small. Only one chair was provided, which made the space even less practical.

The location is very good. Near Malioboro street. There are so many restaurants and shops that you can buy I think, the management must renew the room because it is outdated
