The hotel was nice and clean stuff was great, but above all the mattress was super comfortable I think the only thing the breakfast could be better. I can’t believe you cannot open the balcony. It’s absolutely ridiculous and a 1 million rupiah are fine. If you do why would you have doors if you can’t open the balcony

- 2-minute walk to the heart of malioboro street, and malioboro mall - 10-minute walk to the train station - surrounded by endless restaurants, shops, convenience stores and street food vendors - strategic location to stay if you plan to visit the borobudur temple (to the west), prambanan temple (to the east) and mt. merapi (to the north) - poor soundproofing; non-stop banging, door-closing and stomping noise from all directions - towels have stains and strange smell - shampoo and body wash are watered down; ended up purchasing travel toiletries from circle K

Location is good. Breakfast buffet was very average. Coffee was bad. Room is small for the price paid. Clean but dim. Toiletries were just basic - no shavers and no face towels. Pillows were not comfortable.

Location The staff was not well trained in English. First thing they pick up phone is speaking in native language. Breakfast spread have lots of variety but none was written in English which we can’t even differentiate what meat or food was it. Towel was yellowish. Furnishing is old too.

location. out the door, to the left, you immediately arrive at Malioboro. very convenient. staff friendliness the door to the "balcony" are not allowed to be open. there is no balcony. it was just a decor.

Location is excellent - walking distance from the station with connections to the airport or elsewhere in Java. Plenty of shopping in the main street nearby and many local options to eat (street stalls etc.) as well as within walking distance. The pool is not great so this is a hotel more for the location. Ample buffet style breakfast with numerous different options including vegan or vegetarian. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The spa is not bad and very reasonably priced but it is small so book ahead if not during the day. I did not find the pool area very appealing but I did not stay here for that. It is not a 'lie around the pool' type of place but more like a very comfortable central location.

Lots of food variety served on the restaurant for breakfast. The location is superb, just a walk away from Malioboro Street, you can find street food just outside the hotel at night. Too bad, we only stayed one night before going to next trip.

Really good value. Was pleasantly suprised with the hotel. A lot better than I expected. Everything was fine.

The hotel is well maintained, my room was spacious and the staff is super kind. The only defect was a/c that was a bit noisy, but is not a big deal.

The breakfast, meals, and food service was very good and fresh. The room and hotel are charming. The staff was very helpful and nice. Even though we were on a non-smoking floor, at times there were smokers on the same floor. The walls are fairly thin so at times it felt like you were staying in a dormitory.
