Excellent location! Closed to the main road with shopping and restaurants spacious rooms Breakfast buffet overpriced and not even decent options. We made the mistake to get it the first day, but not worth-it You can not open the window as they are locked Rooms look at a narrow road, but the noice cancelation of the windows is quite impressive Intense artificial air freshener everywhere, overwhelming and quite unpleasant

Nice for a quick stay. Offers water machines on every floor which we loved. Bed was large and comfortable although there may have been a little mold in the room and bathroom. Otherwise clean and comfortable. The daily housekeeping was impressive - they restocked the mini fridge every day with drinks and snacks (free) and took our garbage and towels. Downside is the internet barely worked. Extremely slow connection, difficult to do almost anything.

The staff are friendly, and the location is right next to Plaza Malioboro The toilet was not very clean, and the door was difficult to lock with a small gap that people could see through. Mini fridge not cold.

• Very close to the train station. • Convenient walking distance to Malioboro. • Many restaurants nearby. • Good variety of breakfast options. • Staff were friendly and helpful. • Free parking was available. Electricity in the room only works when the electronic key card is inserted. • When the power is off, the room quickly becomes hot and extremely humid, creating conditions that promote mold and mildew growth. • The high humidity caused the linens and bed sheets to feel damp and uncomfortable, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. • The bathroom was poorly maintained, with visible mold in the shower area. • Overall cleanliness was lacking; the floor did not appear to be regularly or properly mopped.

Location - No wardrobe in the executive and suite room we rent. Only corner with open hanger and shoe rack? - Balcony facing to city electricity installation in executive room - Shuttle to Airport need to book 3 days in advance - Normal hotel Check in time is 2 pm, however this hotel have their own rule which is 3 pm, furthermore still have to wait when we arrived almost 1 hr till room ready. - Extra bed cost almost half of room day rate seems unreasonable; the cost was informed when check in (there are no information regarding the cost when booking through booking.com)

The bathroom is very small and not comfortable. Complimentary towels are not enough to stay relaxed. If you want to enjoy Malioboro Street only, it's good, but it's hard to go somewhere else because the street is always heavy jam.
