They didn't let me check in at 11 pm. Called them thrice no one was answering at frontdesk! What a terrible experienced!

Office is a block up the street and not staffed 24/7. Sat tv went out on 2nd day and never came back on. The in the office said it was being worked on. Tv in the office was working though.

In Williams for just one night. only slept 5 hours. The price range we got was what we expected. The bed was comfy, Bathroom was clean. Good toilet and AC. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Wfi did not work, nor did the TV\ Dish, but we were there just to sleep. Would stay again.

Needs a complete overhaul. Woke up at 2;30 am to a man screaming obscenities. They got our room wrong, but did change it. There are a lot of hotels in Williams. I would not recommend this one.

TV and phone didn't work, staff made no attempt to correct

Location 2 separate motels, served by. 1 office. Office staff was also the cleaning staff (i think). NO COFFEE…. not in the rooms or office. TV didn’t work the whole time, they said Dish Network has been notified, no ETA

It was fast and easy to check in. The property had a lot to be desired the room ,there was one light and there were 3 that were burned out. There were no soap or conditioner in the showers, there were no tables to put your belongings. Other than that, I rate you 2 stars, maybe. I almost forgot the trains at 1 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning.

Location was perfect, All staff we came in contact with were great, i was okay with the price. My room had zero shampoo, soap, etc. I brought my own so tge worked out. Half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Had microwave & mini fridge ? i would add coffeemakers, long walk to get coffee & 1 of 2 bedside light bulbs out. Bed & pillows were good. So with old motel I expected older rooms, I just think they could work harder to make those old rooms more pleasing.

The hotel itself is basic but decent. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived around midnight and the staff member who attended us provided extremely poor customer service. There was a technical issue with Booking.com (the system wouldn’t let him charge the reservation even though we had the confirmation and proof of payment with our credit card). Instead of trying to find a solution or being helpful, he was uncommunicative and showed zero initiative. He simply told us that we had to call Booking.com ourselves to solve a problem that was on his side. He kept us waiting at reception without giving us a room, all of this at midnight after a long trip. To make matters worse, he had a constant bad attitude and unfriendly face the entire time.I understand technical issues can happen, but the lack of empathy, communication, and willingness to help made the situation much more frustrating than it needed to be. A bit of kindness and problem-solving attitude would have made a huge difference.I hope the hotel improves staff training on customer service and handling issues, especially during night shifts

For the price, ill give it a two... Cant even reach the front desk, either.

The check in had to be done in a different hotel all together. The manager seemed asleep when answering the phone. Just terrible skip this Motel 6 city (they are all run by the same person…) rent somewhere else.

Staff always friendly and helpful
-
Advertised as a king bed but is actually a queen and management knows it but still lists it incorrectly. The room is tiny and falling apart (quite literally) as the shower curtain fell, the power outlets don't work, the walls pealing paint/drywall.
-
The beds. But I have to be fair, I have a bad back. These beds were just a little stiff for me. And Safeway is right across the street.
-
The property assigned was extended property and which was not maintained properly
-
There was no breakfast, but it was advertised online I paid for a king bed and they tried to give us a twin bed in a tiny room and I had to stand up to get a king bed so that was very disappointing

Listen, it’s not the best hotel room you’ll have, but for the price, it’s totally worth it! If you don’t plan to stay in your room to relax all day and want to save a couple bucks, and if it’s for just spend a couple nights, it’s perfectly located, super central, and you can walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, main street and restaurants. The little town is super cute and we had a great time!

Room was not clean. We did not stay.
