The location is convenient to both access to the interstate, and access to food and services in Westerville. Easy to get to downtown area of Westerville Additionally, we always travel with our small dog, and we really like the FREE pet-friendly policy! Breakfast "format" is uninteresting and, frankly, not good. We would prefer a FREE breakfast buffet format, even if it were limited to continental breakfast items. And, the coffee wasn't ready at 7:30AM. The breakfast seems to be an afterthought, and it didn't look like many guests were interested. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed uninterested ... they were polite, but not particularly friendly or welcoming. We've stayed at Aloft Westerville MANY times, and the staff used to be quite friendly and engaging.

Great hotel to stay at. Staff was very helpful, friendly and polite including the bartender! Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Not much Water only went hot, food was crappy & over priced. One light switched on all the rooms. And we were right by a door that opened and closed 45 times all night long!

Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.

Terrible! Marijuana reeked in the hallways! Noise level was terrible. People talking and playing loud music all night long. Showers had slippery tile floors. You had to pay for breakfast! Unheard of!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Parking was always very easy to use. My only complaint is that our room got too hot for me to sleep in the evening and night. I had the central air on and the thermostat set to 60⁰. During the day it was freezing. But I couldn't figure out how to cool it off at night. I didn't use any amenities. I was there for sonic temple, so I wasn't at the hotel other than to sleep.

For the price we paid, it was just frustrating to not have a comfortable stay.
