Run, don’t walk away from this place.

My issue was with the deposit. They charged me 50 dollars twice and only refunded once. I have since disputed this with my card company but I don’t appreciate that.

i liked the idea of the king room. there was dirty linens outside the window of the king room. there were crumbs in the beds

The hotel itself seems very old, there was an odd odor when you entered the hallway, and a different smell in the room. We found one very large cockroach on the bathroom wall, and a picture frame was falling off of the wall above the bed. The fridge did not work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room.

Room smelled, air conditioning rattled and was very loud. Door didn't lock looked like it had been kicked in. The layout of the room made no sense bed was opposite of the tv and tv didn’t turn or move. Bed and couch were old, worn and very uncomfortable.

This has always been my favorite hotel because it's not to rich and it's not poor. It's a great hotel for family's and just regular normal people who want to get away or are here for work but don't want to spend there life savings for a place to stay. This hotel will always be my favorite

The price for a week. The power kept going out for hours. The dryer doesn’t work for me to dry my clothes. The housekeepers did not clean my room until I practically begged them too.

Staff was helpful, came to help fix the tv & the beds were comfortable. Weird smell when entering building/hallways. Tv & remote not working had to go get staff at the desk. Nobody was answering the phone & the staff member working the front desk, didn't know what # to call for the front desk. Bad location. Door didn't shut correctly because a bolt was out of place. Back door entrance broken, opens without swiping.

Nothing worked. Door knobs were missing. Deadbolts on rooms did not latch. Elevator ‘broken’. For how long, nobody knows. I was afraid to even look for the pool.

The first thing we do when we walk in, they said the electric was out of half the building. And that we could decide to go somewhere else, but it takes so long to get a refund back. we were so tired we didn’t even care about no electric cause we were going to sleep. We figured since we are going to sleep we didn’t care about the electric, but as soon as we walked in, we noticed The floor was sticky. You can obviously see it wasn’t clean the only thing that I thought was clean was the bed we did have lights. The air-conditioning finally kicked on at 2 AM in the morning with it being on high. I had to get up and turn it off. I was gonna take a shower in the morning. The tub was absolutely disgusting. Somebody looked like they shaved in the tub, there was still hair and dirt in the tub so I went down downstairs to get coffee and maybe some breakfast and nothing look good. The coffee was just something basic. The staff was making their cup of coffee the other staff had to tell the other one to move out of the way, but the coffee pot was almost gone, so I had a half a cup of coffee and no food. The breakfast was kind of basic. for the amount of money that we paid. It was definitely not worth the stay. I would never stay there again. The outside of the building was kind of ran down. It looked like it was being repaired everywhere. I guess that’s what happens when you come in at night with no lights.
