The layout was unique with the indoor waterfall but the property seemed to fall short after that. It is an older hotel that was definitely starting to show its age which left it feeling more dirty/dungy than it was. The staff seemed to care and were very friendly. Also, the workout room was very spacious and well stocked with a variety of equipment (treadmill, elliptical, bikes, weight sets). The pool felt a little small for a hotel with 9 floors of rooms and was often overcrowded during our stay.

Okay to stay at but cleaning needs improved. Hair in the shower on the sides of tub and all over shower curtain, previous peoples toothpaste all over the faucet, makeup stains on the pillows.

The lady at breakfast was extremely kind. The room was not as expected for paying $196 for a night. The toilet lid had chips in it, the tub didn’t drain properly when showering and the room was so foggy. Also crumbs on one of the chairs and ground in the room.

I checked in on Friday with my service dog. The staff was great. I was asked what floor and I suggested one closest to the ground. The hotel was very clean and stocked. My bed was very comfortable and I definitely will be back and I highly recommend

Hotel is very nice and quiet, breakfast is expensive and restaurant is high priced too. Great location, plenty of places close by.
