We were charged a parking fee. There was nothing on our confirmation receipt about the fee. After we checked in the front desk person handed us a parking flyer to place in our window and told us it would be $7.00 to use the parking lot. I would expect a parking fee for a full service hotel in a downtown setting, but this was a convenience motel in a suburb of a small city in Iowa. Hidden fee...inexcusable

This hotel was very nice. We made this reservation last minute because another hotel we were supposed to stay in was absolutely disgusting. This hotel was a 1000% upgrade!

I arrived late and the desk lady was so nice and polite and helpful. The room was clean… The hotel is clean and it was so quiet. I got a good night sleep. I was a single traveler and tired so the check-in went smooth I highly recommend this hotel way above average I give it five star

The restaurant & bar were closed. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel. They should notify customers and give them the option to cancel with full refund.

The motel was very clean and quiet. Location is convenient.

I booked an Accessible Room with a King bed and roll in shower as my husband is in a wheelchair. When I arrived the person checking me in said there was a mix up and that room was unavailable. They put us in a regular room, not an accessible room. The toilet was standard size and not ADA compliant. Also, they only had one handicap parking spot which was a regular parking spot between other non-handicap spots. This hotel is not a good hotel if you have disabilities. We were on the road on our last night before home from a long trip out west to visit family. It was to late to find another hotel.

The mattress on the bed needed to be replaced on BOTH beds!

I accidentally booked a hearing impaired room as I needed a bed and pull out sofa. The room did not have the sofa in it and I really did not need the hearing impaired. The staff were helpful in getting me in a room that had what I actually needed.
