Options of things to do at the facility, staff was caring and courteous. The swimming pool was clean, but the state of it was unappealing (looks damaged/discolored on the floor of the pool). Beds were too firm and with no fan in the room the bed got too hot to sleep in. Nice facility, but the beds won't work for me so I won't be back to this hotel.

I was greeted with a smile from the Desk Clerk, completely apprised of all the amenities and urged to make use of them. My room was delightfully clean and cooled, beginning with the sitting room and kitchenette, separate room for sleeping, and yet another room for shower and toilet. Needless to say, my first luxury was dropping my luggage in the waiting rack and climbing in to the hot shower which had shampoo/conditioner/body cleanser readily available, a very welcome option following the past day and night full of missed and delayed flights. Tucked in to the counter was a powerful hair dryer - very welcome as I neglected to bring mine. Within an hour of arrival, I was restored and ready to attend my granddaughter's graduation events thanks to the functionality of the room! The next morning I was amazed at the hot buffet breakfast prepared and served up by two friendly, helpful hosts. The buffet offered hot steamy biscuits and gravy, sausage, light fluffy scrambled eggs, cereal - both hot and cold, yogurt, toast, bagels, juice and coffee bars and so much more. Guests could choose to eat in or outside on the beautiful patio or surrounding grounds. Check out was easy peazy - I just turned in my keys and received a printout of my payment. Later I received the 'how did we do?' e-mail which I am happy to say FIVE STARS across the board!!!

The room was spacious There were kids running the halls at all hours of the night. Kids kept knocking on the door then running away and screaming and dancing in the hallways on both nights we stayed. The also allowed their door to slam over and over again. Just ruined the entire experience for my husband & I's Anniversary. Also breakfast was not that appetizing at all.

Clean hotel, good location near a lot of gas and food choices, and convenient to the highway. Rooms ok, but could use a little “TLC” -first room we were given was ‘accessible’ which we don’t need nor did we book- plus it was on first floor by the indoor pool and facing parking lot- very noisy plus toilet making high pitch noise and the hallway outside had industrial fans blowing (? Not sure why). But staff very nice and was accommodating to switch us to a different room. Breakfast options ok, but Coffee unfortunately somewhat watery.

Everything. Bedroom was separate from living room/kitchen. Great use of space all the way around. Had a desk, couch great natural light from windows. We ate breakfast outside by the fire pit. Employee at front desk was super nice and helpful. Also used the laundry room. Would definitely stay there again! Nothing, liked it all.

The room was great, the location was very good, very close to the mall. The breakfast was very good. This was a quick family get-together, we wanted a fun break for the kids, the pool was a disappointment. The water was cool, not normal pool temperature, the whirlpool was broken so not able to enjoy, had we known before checking in we would have gone somewhere else.

Breakfast was nice. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. Not a fan of the pillows. I wish hotels would give a variety of pillows to choose from. The pillows they offered were down pillows. Start fluffy but don’t hold their shape and go flat when lying on them. I like better neck support.
