Staff was never at the front desk people would be standing there waiting for them! The breakfast was decent! Diced potatoes, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, ect.

Location and breakfast The toilet wasn’t flushed and had toilet paper in it. When we first got into our room. Then there wasn’t much toilet paper. We ran out in middle of night and there was no extra roll. The top of bed frame you could swipe your finger and it was full of dust. The floor of shower had 2 dead bugs in it. I’ve stayed here once before and did not have this experience.

We usually love this hotel but this time our room was a disaster. Blinds broken, TV remote broken, mattress sunk in the middle, and worst, the door lock was broken (didn’t discover til bedtime and too late to move). And the door peephole, someone tore the little cover off so had to stuff. Not a great sleep or stay! The kicker will be if the hotel actually gives us a deserved refund.

Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.

Due to an unforseen family emergency we had to cut short our stay. The front desk girl said no problem, it would just be an early departure. Then I get the bill and they charged me the same nightly rate had I stayed there. There was never a mention of any early departure fee. I'd give them zero stars of possible. Would not recommend.
