Our room smelled like sewage but it was so late that we couldn’t find another booking for the night without driving around searching. We told the staff and he gave us a spray bottle of some odor block . I was not impressed but we stuck it out.

Location is excellent! The kitchenette was good. Rooms and the hotel was clean. Housekeeping staff excellent! The front desk and dining staff some of them seemed not happy to be there! The breakfast was good for the price of the stay. Overall good stay!

Breakfast was great. Lots of food options close by. Close to lots of major attractions. Staff was friendly. Room definitely needed an update, but any issues we had were a result quickly by the staff. Would stay here again.

Locations was great, there are a few resturants to walk to, and a HUGE mall with many resturants within a few miles. Parking is plenty, but most of it is in the back and not close to the entrance.

Overall, the breakfast was fine, The attendant kept things clean and orderly. However, the sausage patty was too spicy, and the bacon is served in clumps, which can be wasteful if someone only wanted a couple of slices. Consider making some salt/pepper/sugar packets available for guests who take food back to their rooms. The shower curtain is too short, and the bathroom floor gets wet when running the shower with the curtain closed, of course.. The soap gets stuck to the soap dish which makes it hard to use without getting soap under your fingernails when prying the soap out of the dish..Consider putting a hook on the inside of the bathroom door to hang a robe, etc.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the location was great, walking distance to shops, with more shopping just a few minutes away by car.

They did not have the room I booked. They over booked. I had to look for a different hotel at 7pm with small children. After a 6 hr drive.

Check in was quick, staff were kind. Our room was spacious, clean, cold and loved that the bathroom had a glass enclosure and no shower curtain. The pool was closed during our time but that was okay. Also, the pillows were so uncomfy, lumpy and firm. Wouldn’t deter me from staying there but would note to bring your own pillow maybe.

The room was wiped over, the toilet had hair on it I so lysoled it. But for an older hotel the grounds were well maintained. I was not impressed with front desk staff.

I experienced an exceptional stay, and the lady at check-in was extremely welcoming. She made every effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely stay again. The children had a wonderful time. The breakfast was excellent.

It would had been better if the staff was more aware of how many people were sharing 1 room. There was a total of 12 people staying in the accessible room aross from my room. 4 adults and 8 children ranging from 15-4 years of age. This is not safe and the noise level was too high all hours of the night.

The property needs to be updated and the rooms need to be updated. The couch is outdated and old and the bedskirt is old and outdated

The front desk folks were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms smelled like mold/mildew. Even my husband noticed it and he rarely notices this kind of thing. I have allergies and asthma. It was a miserable 3 nights. I had to take Benadryl every night just to manage the symptoms.

Hotel gave up my prepaid room res I made while traveling at night through morning, did not refund.

The bed was the only thing that was not very comfortable. Also, need at least 4 pillows instead of 3. Great staff and cleanliness.

The rooms smelled of mold. Requested a room change upon arrival due to the first smelling quite strongly, second smelled less but still prominently. Evening front desk attendant was less than enthusiastic, certainly the least welcoming of any Hilton hotel I've stayed in.

Came to hotel for the weekend due to hurricane beryl knocking out my power. Service was great & room looked & smelled clean but I ended up leaving the hotel the first night after killing several roaches.

We visit Houston quite often. We have tried different hotels and they have all had issues. This one was great! Fantastic breakfast, nice rooms, nice and cool in all areas of the building and great staff.

The only negative was that we booked a king suite room and when we got there, they did not have any of these rooms available! We were put in a double queen suite room. After going back down to the check-in desk, we were initially told there absolutely was not a king suite room available and that they are saved for Hilton rewards members! After I pointed to their sign that states if you are not satisfied with your stay, the night would be on Hilton, the manager found us a King suite room like we had booked! Other that this slight haste in the beginning, our stay was very comfortable and the staff is very courteous!

We stayed at the hotel as a group. Prior to check in we called and requested adjoining rooms. We were told they could oblige and the changes were made to our reservation. When we checked in we were informed that we were not staying in adjoining rooms. Lilly moved heaven and hell to make it happen for us. She could have easily said it was impossibly and we would have been none the wiser. She took extremely great care of my family through the chaos of our large crew with screaming kids and held down the front desk like a champ!

The room was dirty. Found two hairs that weren’t mine. One popped out of Kleenex box where they fanned a Kleenex bottle make it cute and the other was in the sink. There was no mattress skirt and you could see a coffee or soda stain on the box springs. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked every time you moved. Man at front desk at check in mumbled and you couldn’t understand him. Lady at checkout was wonderful and apologetic for the conditions.

This hotel charged my card $25 without explanation because i booked thru a third party. I can't reach this hotel by phone so I have no way of getting my money back. The hotel phone number I found online doesn't connect. Don't stay at this hotel if you want to have your credit card kept safe.

Our first day the door did not lock properly and the refrigerator was not working. This was not fixed until midway thru or second/last day.

We were very upset when we received a call the day of check in that the hotel we booked no longer had a room for us. They had to move us to another hotel. We were traveling with extended family that did not have to be moved. They stated that because we booked with a third party, that we were chosen to be transferred to another hotel. The new hotel did not have the small kitchen for our use so we could not bring back leftovers or prepare breakfast in our room. No compensation for our trouble was offered. Very disappointed.

Great stay and amneties. Close to JSC. Had issues with people making noise in adjoining rooms though. Also refrigerator made lot of noise through out making it tough to sleep.

Did not like (1) The public use computer would not print our boarding cards. Error message about the printer queue not cleared properly from earlier use. Computer needs to be rebooted. (2) That evening neither my apple device nor my android device would not logon to the Hilton network. Error message indicated the wifi was not encryted. Made several logon attempts. Next morning logon went smoothly for both devices first attempt.

Very nice hotel comfortable location very good for shopping around.

They only had me as staying 2 nights. I had to gather up all of my stuff in a hurry and leave with nowhere to stay Sunday night. I will never stay with this chain again. The manager on duty was incredibly rude to me and didn’t even try to accommodate me.

Con: pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see your feet, cable had only a few channels, no movie options, breakfast was less than mediocre, coffee did not taste good.

The walls are very thin, the bed was hard but the pillows were very nice. I loved the roll out table/desk - very helpful for working remotely. The biggest disappointment was the luggage carts - both of them were small and not adequate for extended stay guests. The next disappointment was the condition of the elevators as they are in desperate need of deep cleaning and carpet replacement. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and so were the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent.

I really liked the location of this hotel. Its the perfect distance to enjoy Galveston and Houston attractions. Kemah was 10 minutes away, downtowm was 15 minutes away and the beach was 30 minutes away. Close enough to see everything and far enough to not be stuck in traffic all day! This will definitely be our new go to for visiting famiky in Houston!

We were there because my wife had an operation. After the operation, my wife could not drink out of a glass and I went down to the desk to ask for some straws. The sweet lady at the front looked everywhere for me, but could not find any straws. A little while later, back in our room, someone knocked on our door and it was the front desk lady with a handful of straws she had found. I so appreciated her coming to the 4th floor to deliver these to use. Great service.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend and were so pleased with this property. The whole vibe of the property so relaxing. Staff was nice, pleasant and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Enjoyed pending time outside by the firepit. Would stay again

Thevroom was nice and comfy but around 2am the AC begain making a high pitched squealing sound. We got up several times to try and turn it off and ended up eventually unplugging it. We got very little sleep. The front desk apologized but literally didnt offer any recompense for our terrible experience because we booked through hotels.com instead of direct.

I like it was near the highway and there was plenty of food around us. The property was nice lobby was really small n the room wasn’t bad other then some drawers wouldn’t stay closed and I had to wedge something in between 2 of em so it wouldnt open fully. The tv placement was kinda weird off to one side of both beds. Other then that it was a great room.

I will definetly use this hotel again. The rooms were clean and spacious with modern decor, a refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pot, and sofa with large TV included. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The check-in was quick and efficient.

Had to stay for 2 weeks. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Only down fall was the basic brown bag breakfast. Hopefully once the “restrictions” lift (if ever) they will have better choices.

Lobby had a bad smell..like mildew

I am here every 2 weeks for the last 18 months. Only had 1 bad experiance and it was far from a game over experience. Still a regular

Granted, it was 0130 when i checked in, but the attendend was either extremely tired or on something. I stood paientely for a couple of minues expectind to be greeted. I said hello.. then saw her pop up. Her behavior was odd. She said she needed to go upstairs to get us an additional 2 pillows, which is normal.. then comes from the office area with stained pillow cases and smelly pillows. Here biweekly and this is not normal behavior for staff.
