The location mainly. The room I requested which was a queen room even the website said the room was available which I never got. Asked countless times about it so I just gave up. The internet doesn't work & the tenants are extremely noisy. The stay is very unpleasant due to the noise & not getting the accommodations I requested.

The staff is great. They keep it clean but my only concern is they don't change your towels. Only thing good is it's around an assortment of eating establishments. The staff was really nice but I never got a chance to discuss the bug issues considering I was at work during office hours. A roach crawled on my son so we only stayed one night out of the 8 because we seenmultiple roaches including in the tub and my kids weren’t comfortable so I didn’t stay.

The kitchenette Myself and son were bitten on our legs on down to our feet and arms by flees, ticks and it was horrible! We couldn’t rest because of the bites and having to scratch our legs and arms it was a bad experience to go through then when I told the manager on duty about it he did call orkin out but soon asked me to leave and refused to refund any payment from my Oct 3rd payment through October 17th from which he told me leave on October 13th bc he claimed I was being rude to his staff and they were trying to help me! When they were the ones who said that the person before me had a dog ?there ??♀️
