Good stay.

That it was close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores That’s it’s only two floors no elevator the water goes out slow in the sink and tub and it wasn’t any hot water when taking a shower but the water was hot for the sink

The clean appearance if the hotel; the friendly staff; the clean and fresh linen. The quantity of food prepared for breakfast, not enough. The smear of the hotel, it smeared like mildew.

Rooms seem to have thick walls didn't hear much nice outside. The balcony was nice. Beds were good.

My one disappointment was there were no cups for the coffee in lobby breakfast area and no staff to ask

This hotel/motel was business in the front and party in the back. We stayed in the business section which had interior corridors. The back side of the property have rooms leading straight outside. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Many restaurants and stores in the area. Will definately book here again.

Wasn't able to enjoy the breakfast due to schedule but family said it was just ok. I liked the layout of the room with jacuzzi. It was dark great for sleeping. The shower and toilet area were separate. It was easier for us to get ready without stepping on each other.

There was homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I did not stay.

I booked my stay with the description for a walk in shower but did not receive that option upon checkin.

I loved how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. The bed linens were clean and plush.

Everything was great. I really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

The breakfast left much to be desired. Coffee tasted super weak and I chose the bold flavor. Waffle maker broke.

Convenient location and parking. Convenient location to restaurants nd local attractions. Room comfortable. Breakfast area not replenished or tidied and desk clerk only available by bell. Our room opened to outside and parking which was great, some opened to interior halls. Would stay here again and have breakfast at Huddle House.

I made a mistake on the date in booking the room. It was nonrefundable but with the help of someone at Expedia and the staff and manager at this hotel they approved the cancellation and I rebooked for the correct night. This was appreciated very much. Our room was good, comfortable and quiet.

Easy Access to the main stretch and for anyone that needs junk food those are close by as well. Another one that advertised "Breakfast", I may as well go get food at a gas station. No health conscious person will find a single item here. The TV was not working and the front desk has not idea.

We were there for a couple of days so we could be at a wedding. Room was clean and neat. We would stay again. Didn't eat the breakfast provided as we were already doing activities.

Nothing jumps out to me on this visit. The room smelled awful and old food was left in microwave. Air conditioning was not working properly.

I did not give this hotel a good rating although it had a very high guest rating (8.8) while I booked it. I found a big cockroach in bathtub as I walked into the room. Luckily I quickly killed it, wrapped it with toilet paper and throwed it into the waste bucket, all BEFORE my wife saw it. Other than this horrible cockroach and some smell in the hallways, the hotel looked OK. But we will not come back.

The wall must be paper thin. You could hear everything thing in the rooms around you. There was a couple screaming at each other most of the night and nobody did anything to stop it. The breakfast was supposed to go until 9:00 but when my wife and I came down at 8:20 there were only 3 pieces of sausage and scrambled egg scraps left. There was nobody available at the desk to checkout. I would not stay there again.

The location The food they served for breakfast was stale. The air conditioning was not working in the room. Staff barely made eye contact. There were dirty towels in the room when we checked in. No elevator either.

Bed needs new mattress or a better one and the breakfast could’ve been better things were running low when we went to eat.

Nice location. Restaurants were near to the hotel so it was easy to just go a short distance to find a good place to eat dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed 2 days and it was nice that the staff cleaned the room each day and restocked it with clean towels. Although there were some good breakfast choices, it would have been nice if yogurt was offered as well. Some of the other Best Western Hotels we have stayed at had that choice. I was a little disappointed because I would have liked a cup of yogurt as part of my breakfast.

The room was spotless, and the front desk clerk was super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the two lamps had to be replaced, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the blow dryer was not working. We told them about the clogged sink, but no one came up. However, it was Thanksgiving day, so we didn't worry about it too much. And we had our own dryer, although we were hoping not to have to drag it out! lol. Otherwise, it's a very well-taken care of property, and the prices are great.

Even though this is an older hotel, I would stay there again and recommend it to everyone. Our room was clean beyond belief, very quiet, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Originally I was placed in room 215, however after I got settled I realized the TV was not working. I was changed to a better room, but I had to move all my belongings with no assistance to a inside room 208 I got to 208, and the shower makes a loud noise when you utilize it.

We were able to park right outside our room so bringing in luggage was easy. The room was nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked great, no problems. The Hotel overall was great for our Family. The location was perfect, close to Shops and Restaurants. The only complaint that we had was one of the Rooms #209 seems to have a Slight Musty Smell..and the Carpet in front of the AC Unit was Wet. The Breakfast had a good variety of Items. We did enjoy the Waffles the most. I would recommend this Hotel and I would Stay again if I'm in the area. Front Desk Customer Service was was very Good.

We rented the "suite" and there were large black stains around every a/c vent in the room. This happens when the a/c filters are very seldom changed. There were also big chunks of paint that were chipped off numerous places on the wall. There were 2 mini bottles of shampoo and 2 mini bars of soap in the room. It honestly fell way short on the expectations of the "suite" that was listed on the site. Very disappointed 😞

It is a simple, clean hotel. If you want a quiet room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast, I would recommend this hotel. No pool. No frills. But, for the price, we were happy with the hotel, the staff was nice, it was safe, and we’d return if in the area again. It is a nice hotel.

Cons: heavy cooking smell in lobby and stairwells, no elevator, bed frame sticks out a bit far and is easy to walk into if you’re clumsy like me, no pets allowed.

My stay was great! I only wish I had known that it was upstairs outside, I need knee surgery so the stairs made it a little difficult and that so many other guests smoke outside-a lot of smoke to breathe in. However, all of the staff were friendly, the room was clean and we were delivered anything we needed in the morning. My teenager was so impressed by everyone’s kindness she now wants to move to Georgia

The room we stayed in was great, but the neighbors were loud, started playing music in their cars, and talked loudly in the corridors in the exterior rooms. Otherwise, the property itself was good.

I didn’t know that the room I was staying in would be in the back. From the pictures it seemed that the room was In the building but my room opened up to the outside. The hotel also didn’t have an elevator which was difficult for me because of my knee pain. It was possible there was an elevator in the front of the hotel but my room was around back and I had to use the outside steps. I was told the hotels on the first floor were “more expensive” and that I purchased the “cheapest” room off hotels.com website. It made me feel uncomfortable with the placement of the room and being “around back up the outside steps. I would recommend anyone renting this hotel off of hotels.com and seeing which room you will get and if it’s inside or outside “around the back”. It made me feel uncomfortable with the placement of the room and being “around back up the outside steps. I would recommend anyone renting this hotel off of hotels.com and seeing which room you will get and if it’s inside or outside “around the back”. The bed was comfortable and I liked the double shower.

The staff and service was excellent. However there is no elevator and the first floor reeked badly of a certain blend of spices, it was unbearable. The toilet had tp in it and bathroom didn't feel very clean.

We had a quick overnight stay. I would certainly come back and use this hotel.

The breakfast was good, but the bed was lumpy and a bit uncomfortable.

It was last minute. The hotel was okay but I’ve never seen a door that open by turning the handle upwards. Some of the other customers were a bit rough looking.

This hotel is nice overall for the price. I would recommend getting an interior room if you are a female travel solo but I could not find an elevator. The interior rooms are Nicer and Larger.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Came in town for a wedding. Seen the reviews on this hotel and there wasn’t a lie told. We had the room with the jacuzzi it was a lot of space in there me and my wife was amazed how great the room was. The bed was super comfortable. There weren’t any windows in the room, so if you don’t set an alarm you won’t know when the sun comes up lol.

Very poor ADA accomadations and the staff wasn't interested in hearing about it.

Our door would stick and you had to ram it with your entire body to open, no other rooms available to switch to. Staff is not the friendliest. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were average, nothing spectacular. For the money, you get what you pay for. Wheelchair accessible room but hard to get in shower with sink in the way. Fridge in bathroom and place to hang clothes in bathroom. Only supply you with 2 towels, 1 hand towel, 2 wash clothes. Ice machine broke, have to walk around hotel for ice. Could hear people in room next door.

The stay was ok for the money. The rooms could definitely use updating especially the bathroom and carpet.

Hotel was VERY clean and staff was pleasant. Daily house cleaning. Cannot understand the negative reviews. Probably from people who need to be recognized. The bed was sooooo comfortable. As soon as we got home we called SERTA and got the same mattress. We will always, always stay at Best Western. Although we are on the friends and family plan with Hilton, nothing was available and we are so glad. Otherwise we would have missed out on this gem. Thank you for such a pleasant stay

Had a good stay at the hote. It’s also convenient and accessible to all.

The room very confortable and clean

There were bugs in the bathroom. The blow dryer fell off the wall. The toilet handle fell off as well.

Room was clean, check in was quick. No elevator which kinda sucked, but that was fine. Just needed to place to stop as I was tired.

We enjoyed a good night's sleep at sure stay. The area is safe. We could walk next door to the restaurant.

Nice clean hotel. As I travel infrequently I prefer cleanliness. This facility meets or exceeds the standards.

Check-in and check-out was easy. Room was clean but a slight musty odor. Large handicapped bathroom. Breakfast was standard but very good. Cigarette canister outside was full so a few cigarette butts on the ground. Would stay again.
