Motel 6 Warner Robins, GA

Weak floors, possibly water damage. Dirty room. There were roaches and flies in the room. Pulled the sheets back, they were dirty also the mattress topper has sooo many stains on them. I would not recommend this motel. Also un order to stay in a non smoking room you have to have s $40 cash deposit. That was not stated prior to me booking.

I rented a room and when I tried to go to sleep I began to get bite by bed bugs and roaches.... went to the office to change rooms and they would not change my room or refund me... instead tried to charge me $30 cash at 3 am to change rooms which is ridiculous when I'm being inconvenienced.....I have pictures and video of the bugs on the bed that I will be posting online.

Who I had with me. The bed was uncomfortable, the tub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a long time, and it looked like it doesn't get mopped.

She changed the batteries but it still didn’t work so I had to walk back to front desk which was a little distance. She said I have to call my manager so I had to wait for him to come before getting in the shower. He didn’t take too long. Then he fixed the issue. The next morning I asked where was the ice machine located I was told it wasn’t working.. also I had paid online so when I got to the motel I was told if I wanted a non smoking room I had to pay 40.00 cash so I had to go and find a ATM

Booked for 5 nights, only stayed for two. This was bottom of the budget, so I didn't expect much and was still disappointed. Spend a little more, drive a mile further and get a better place. On the plus side, I didn't get bed bugs.

This created a significant inconvenience, as we then had to leave and find a nearby ATM. Once we returned with the cash, completed the paperwork, and finally received our room keys, we noticed a guest a few rooms down barbecuing outside while playing loud music. There were people coming and going throughout the night, which made us feel uneasy. As a result, we remained on edge and repeatedly checked on our vehicles.

There is nothing to like about this property. Handle fell off of our door and we couldn’t get to our things in the freezing cold . It was dirty. The staff was rude and incompetent. Our door handle fell off, and we couldn’t get into our stuff until well after midnight, which meant that I couldn’t get to life saving medication that I needed to take not only for me, but for my service animal and it was in a sketchy end of town.

Nothing was included in the base rate I chose; however, you would think that their main facilities of the room would work, but they did not. The front desk staff was not very helpful with the key situation and walking from the upstairs back unit several times with food that got cold was pretty exhausting. Honestly I would not stay there again. The key card system is awful. Had to go get new keys and fight the door to get into my room both times I left. Each time it was a 15-minute fight to get the door to open. The shower handle was not attached to the shower. It was a 1-unit device, so operating the shower was a definite challenge. Also, not enough pillows and the sheets and covers were filled with cigarette burn holes.

Only liked the staff!!! The motel was horrible . The whole motel was nasty and funky! Skk ok make left a half beer in the tub no rags just horrible… should be only 25 a night

Nothing! Everything! I booked a suite when I got to the “night window” so welcoming! The lady said all they had was a double and she didn’t give me a refund for the difference, then tells me I need to give a 40 deposit in “cash” who carries cash anymore? Also she has to check the room before I can get it back. We walk in room there was bugs running around tub was all chipped up no hotel essentials. It was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I still want the difference in the room price!

I liked that it was close to a lot of things It was some kind of bugs on the bed that bit me while I was. Woke up with large, red, itchy bumps all over my body.

Very basic room, but it was spotlessly clean. No bed bugs. Mattresses are enclosed in a full cover. Mattress was very firm, but comfy. Pillows were great. Now, the rooms are old and there are cracked tiles in the bathroom, layers of paint over layers of paint, and chips and dents in things, but for the price and purpose of just need a place to sleep for a few hours, I could over look that. It’s just a shame about the noise! My room (120) was 20 feet away from the event room where a party was taking place. The music was excessively loud. Every time the party goers opened the rear door to go out for a smoke, it was even louder. It was BOOM BOOM BOOM. I needed the room from 9pm until 5am as we were checking out early to go to a speed skate competition nearby. I called reception at 9:30 about the music and was told it should be done by 11. It was still going after midnight. I walked to reception and asked how long the noise was going to go on for and she didn’t know. She got the maintenance man who went round and asked them to turn the music down, but you could still hear it. Eventually it stopped at 1am, but I had a terrible Conor inducing migraine by then. I stayed here earlier in the year in rm 103 and it was fine. I guess there was no event that day. I will NEVER stay here again when we come for competitions because we can’t risk not getting sleep. My child, who was racing, was tired and grumpy all day and I struggled staying awake on the drive home.

Our first room was full of bugs. We did the stomp dance at 2 a m. After finally getting the front desk she was kind enough to move us. The room was much nicer. In the morning 1 bug crawled out from under the bed. Asked for refund but they said no. Started to tell me about bugs but I stopped her.... cannot tell a Floridian about bugs, alligators, snakes, etc etc.

The beds do not have blankets/comforters, only sheets and the top sheet was dirty! Looked like dirty paws jumped on the bed. Yes, the hotel does accept pets. There are people that "live" short term at this motel and it is scary. People are just hanging around outside their doors. I was afraid the entire night that my car would be stolen or broken into at the very least. I thanked God in the morning that it was still there! I parked it near the street, under a street light, within range of the motel security cameras just in case. So unsafe that the front desk is accessed through an outdoor window! The night shift front desk lady was rude, but the morning one was very friendly. When we arrived checking in was fine but there were 2 people outside our room window talking on a cell and smoking when I asked to be moved was told they were full and had no more rooms. When we walked into the room there was missing wood slats on the floor and in the shower broken and missing tile. The tub the enamel was peeling off.

I was desperate to find a hotel close to the hospital my mother was staying in. However, this hotel had no covers one the bed, only sheets. No microwave and refrigerator, as stated on the travelcity.com. The room and property was dirty and in a bad area. Not safe for family thats all I can say

Only tiny bar soap provided with very thin, rough towels. Plunger beside toilet! Tv did not have major networks like CBS. Mute on the remote was not working. Neither was the phone to front desk. Neighboring rooms were loud & inconsiderate after 10 pm. It was the cheapest price for a room in town for a reason.

The plus is the property was located less than a mile from where i was meeting. I arrived at 4am, the clerk tried to charge me again even though i booked through Expedia. The BED BUGS woke me up at 7a. The shower was dirty and black smut came from the water. I told the front desk and have yet to hear from the manager.

I've travelled for work and personal for decades and this was the worst room I've had in north america. No shower handle to turn on shower, no remote control for the TV. only 1 towel in the room. The inside door handle was broken and I was scared I'd be locked inside the room. The floor had missing hardwood, trip hazard. All night people were outside my room getting high and laughing. The pillows.. um 1/2 of a pillow. I'm not sure there. The room was like wow. I'd pay 10 dollars to stay there not 75. Stay away.

Outlets in room 207 not working. No towels, rags or soap was present in the room. Huge hole in the wall where someone slammed the door. Cracks in the bathroom floor. The smoke alarm was removed, and there were no alarm clock in the room. I will never stay at this motel 6 ever again

Horrible; no A/C; the floor was sinking like walk on raft couldn’t take left after a few hours, you should have a warning sign; transients living on property (I am a single female) felt unsafe.

The front desk was friendly, but the room was the worst. There were roaches in the room. The floor seems like the room was flooded at some point and was never replaced. I was very disappointed. There was another visitor that had issues with their horn which was going off every hour in the night!!!

We've stayed at Motel 6 before and knew it was an economy room, but this one might be the absolute worst. First while checking in, the receptionist refused to put a caller on hold, so I was forced to listen to a long telephone conversation which ended with the receptionist telling the caller to call the manager in the morning. Never mind I was at the window before the call, she took the call and proceeded with it. (Something I might have overlooked, but considering things went downhill from there, it should have been a sign.) The room was horrible. Big enough for a king, there was an empty space where a couch was supposed to be, or, maybe not. The manager tells us Motel 6 does not require a couch. Instead under the TV there was a small table with two chairs. The kind of chairs you would find in a High School library. (They probably got a good deal on the chairs since no one uses a library anymore.) Paint was peeling from the bathroom walls, and the "fixtures" were not affixed; you could rattle to shower pipe as it wasn't secured to the wall. As for the TV, not only the channel selection was sorry, the video kept tearing, something which usually happens to a satellite feed during a rain storm, but there was no storm. In short this was a sorry excuse for a Motel 6.

Don't recommend. Bad area and the staff seems to not know what's going on. I called ahead when I booked the room to askyabout when checkout was. I was told that it would be at Saturday by 11am. I am aware I'm probably wrong about checkout but that's why I called to confirm and that's the answer I got. When my keycard stopped working I went to the front desk. After talking to the clerk about getting my stuff out I had to BRIBE the clerk with cash to get my stuff back. I shouldn't have to pay a cash bribe for my stuff. Again it wasn't paying for another night, it was literally bribing the clerk to activate the card so I can get my things. I will not be back.

Great for a night sleep.

The room could have more in it besides 1king bed and a small table and chairs. Their was a lot on useable space wasted. Not enough towels/soap. The night attendant wouldn’t get off her personal phone so I didn’t get her full attention rude. She was barefoot behind the counter no shoes or socks. Room key stopped working on the second day.

My room service at motel 6 in Warner Robins was very horrible.The room was very nasty.The sheets on the bed was not clean. And the guy at the front desk had a nasty attitude and did not want to give me my money back. When he did we left. I will never return there anymore. The tub had cracks all in it. And the bathroom knob was about to come off.

Our exhaust fan sounded like a screaming cat in the bathroom. The door to go out side was not sealed properly and light came through. The smoke detector was off the wall. They never came and cleaned the room in-between days.

When I arrived the room was clean but as I looked at the covers I seen spots and I seen strains of hair on the bed and on the towels n rag..I feel the sheets should be cleaned right after the customer leave and cleaned good I didn’t feel comfortable because I felt the bed wasn’t clean but I stayed because I paid

This is a place to avoid. From the dirty floors, bedding (we slept with our clothes on, on top of the bedding. Shower was dirty and full of hair. Had to pick all the hair out of the towels in order to use them.

It's cheap and you get what you pay for, I won't recommend. The night service was minimal, asked for extra towels, there were only two in the room, and non were available. We were looking for a place to rest our heads and that we did. But there were people walking by late night. I didn't feel safe either.

This particular Motel 6 was absolutely disgusting. Both outside and inside need major cleaning.

There were roaches all over both rooms they moved me to and crawling in the bed and in the shower. Dirty outside the building and A lot of Loitering

The first room had a dirty bathroom, roaches and flies. The second was was just ok clean yet still had flies and roaches. Flies and roaches make me uncomfortable

Not good at all

Was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Covers were burnt, toilets didn’t work properly.

We booked a non-smoking hot tub room. Upon arrival we were informed they only had a smoking room. They let us check it out to see if it was alright, but it was beyind terrible. Garbage in and around the room, open electrical sockets, dirty blankets, spiders in almost every corner, and horrible smoke odors. I do not need much in a hotel room, but this was beyond bad. It was disgusting.

The management team has poor tendencies about listening to their customers point of view especially when it comes down to the customers being right and their staff housekeeping employees being wrong. The hotel owner sputed me down about an issue I had with one of his housekeeper's poor working habits and I personally think that that was completely unnecessary for him to do because neither my family or self didn't ask for any of the nonsense behind the situation. Also after our checkout he the owner put in the computer system for his employees not to rent to myself ever again as if it was my fault knowing the whole time that it was his employee.

Never ever stay here. First off I booked this room for my son his wife and their two small children. I booked on Expedia website and paid using PayPal. The office staff argued with me that my credit card kept declining, um no I paid using PayPal and already have my confirmation email and itinerary, this went on for 10 minutes before he realized that he was trying to charge a different card that had nothing to do with my account. Omg the rooms and location are in a very questionable location. I am done with this review because I am so upset and disgusted.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff is amazing. The bed was nice and comfy. I can’t rave enough about it.
