Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Airport

The the breakfast, the personnel the atmosphere was fantastic. No issues with the food. Our air conditioner was not working properly. We slept with the windows open.

Location near airport was a bonus. The hotel double charged me for a accommodation stay, now I'm having a hard time getting my money back from the hotel and booking.com. The food and restaurant were horrible and unsanitary. There were flies everywhere in the restaurant and getting on the customers food. Customers spent their time trying to swat away all the flies from their meals that no one could enjoy their dinner or breakfast or lunch. It was disgusting.

We given a room very early which we greatly appreciated because we were told they couldn't store our luggage until the check in time. I was told that this hotel would store our luggage until the room was ready but told they couldn't when we got there. Luckily there was a room available early

The rooms were very clean and very quiet. The shower's water pressure was the best I have ever had in a hotel. It was fantastic! The Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful They charged $18 for their breakfast and the dinner menu was also overpriced with $19 hamburgers. We simply walked up to the nearby mall and ate there instead.

Nothing to dislike

The staff was extraordinarily responsive and helpful. They always responded with a smile and a solution for any issue - big or small. We weren't too impressed with the dinner offerings in the restaurant, but that's just us - picky foodies.

Nothing that was in a walkable distance.

The rooms are too cramped for the twin bed configuration.

Breakfast was great! Can't think of anything.

Awesome One night stay, very lovely modern and close to the airport. Great soundproofing too. Staff very polite and friendly Nothing around really by way of restaurants but that’s to be expected. But there’s a nice restaurant in the hotel but I didn’t have dinner there. I just ordered food

NOTHING!!! THE STAFF WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO ME. THEY MADE JOKES ABOUT ME BECAUSE I WAS AMERICAN.

Clean with great service. Good food onsite. Street and highway noise was as loud as if the window was open, but it was not.

Close to the BCN airport. You can see the control towers and airplanes from the hotel. No shuttle bus service is provided to the airport. However there is a city bus about 15 minutes away (by walking).

There was a confusion with concierge as they couldn't allocate my payment, regardless of myself showing them confirmation of the booking. While taxi was waiting for me, receptionist tried to get the payment again from me and when I said no, only then he called, I wiill assume supervisor. For the other guy to confirm that is paid took couple of minutes, overall approx 10 min. This part definitley needs improvement.

The hotel was comfortable and friendly Staff accommodating New bldg well maintained Advertised shuttle service to airport, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Two emails were sent to me. The first confirmed my reservation. The second stated there was no shuttle service. A little ingenuity to put it mildly. Additionally location was rather isolated in terms of restaurant or other services

The property was clean and very close to the airport. About a 8min drive. Also close to the train stops Service at their onsite restaurant was very slow. TV in the room wasn’t working (notified the front desk)
