clean, pool was nice, free drinks in room. Very nice sitting areas. Close to the airport. Restaurant needs more variety and small dishes. There needs to be better variety in the "pantry" store. It was basically all types of chips and chocolate. No food places would deliver because it is in the little of nowhere.

Front desk staff were very rude. Also we got a room on the ground floor facing the highway. Asked to be changed and did not accommodate and in fact were rude again.

Shuttle was super convenient, taking us from and to the airport. It was nice that we were able to reserve shuttle to the airport in the morning. Restaurant was great, especially for breakfast. Very complete. Gym was small but had thee basics for a quick workout. Room was a little tight for three adults, but it was manageable for an overnight stay.

The shuttle pickup at the airport worked well. the hotel itself is gorgeous, great bar and restaurant. Nothing - I thought it was fabulous

Clean, well organized, good sleeping conditions , shuttle to the airport, friendly staff, offering options for purchase for snacks, drinks and toiletries, if in need, late at night. Restaurant food - good option given that there are no other choices around.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, and I want to make it clear that I had no issue with the hotel stay itself. However, my experience with the airport shuttle service was honestly unacceptable and left me extremely upset. I had an early flight and booked the hotel shuttle in advance during the night. The female driver was very unfriendly from the beginning. My suitcase was extremely heavy, and she made absolutely no attempt to help load it into the back of the shuttle. When I politely asked if she could help me with the luggage, she simply stood by the door and watched without moving. I tried multiple times to lift the suitcase into the trunk by myself. The first time it slipped back down. The second time it slipped again. She still did nothing. Only on the third attempt did she finally give minimal assistance. What upset me even more was what happened next: while my suitcase was still visibly sticking out of the trunk and was clearly not fully inside yet, she impatiently slammed the trunk door very hard. It did not even close because the suitcase was still upright and partially outside. It honestly felt like she intentionally hit my luggage out of frustration and impatience. This entire interaction felt incredibly rude, hostile, and disrespectful, especially toward a guest traveling alone in the middle of the night with heavy luggage. It completely ruined the end of my stay and left a very bad impression. Again, I do not have complaints about the hotel itself, but this specific shuttle experience was genuinely awful and should not happen to guests.

The location was a bit farther than expected. The taxi from BCN Terminal 1 cost us 21 Euro

Close distance to terminal 2. Hotel has good facilities ( gym, pool, work stations and restaurant & bar). Free shuttle service every 20 minutes !!! There’s no Netflix or YouTube option on the tv in the room and not possible to share screen from a mobile device

The staff was able to check us in early. We were able to book a shuttle to the airport the following day. AC a little warmer than in the States - even at maximum cool setting

spent a short night there connecting airplanes, so my expectations were low shuttle was booked out so i had to take an earlier shuttle than what i would have liked
