Reception was very cold. We felt as if we were in her way.

The property was clean and convenient in that it is located next to a mall. The restaurant has a buffet that, for the price, cannot be beatb. And the selection was tremendous, with the food being great. We are there for dinner and had the free breakfast. . The shuttle service to the airport was great, but it being around a 10 minute drive to the airport. The morning shuttle driver was great as I was traveling with my elderly parents and he went the extra mile by going to get us two carts at the airport ao we could transport our luggage easier. I booked a triple room for 3 people. We were only given two drinking glasses and when we asked for a 3rd, we were told by the front desk that policy only allowed each room to have 2 glasses. When I pay over $300 a night, for 3 people, I expect to be able to get 3 glasses. Staff’s attitude about the glasses, when my elderly father asked, was enough to cause me to never stay there again, especially for the price. Although the restaurant food for dinner and breakfast was a great value, and incredible selections of good food, staff’s wait service was lacking when it came to getting additional drinks and they never brought the water we requested on two occasions. Would still recommend eating there though for value and great food.

Staff and gym Pick up shuttles were not as inatructed, next door pet store that makes the entire plaza smell like dog poop, and the buffet dishes were dirty.

The complimentary shuttle from and to the airport was very helpful! Shower was a little narrow, but it was a good room and the throw pillows were cute and soft

10 minutes to airport, comfortable bed and bathroom (handicap accessible). Included breakfast, free airport shuttle, and wifi. 15 to 20 minutes to downtown sights.

We spent just 1 night stay. Crystal clean bedding, spotless comfy room. Shuttle to and from airport. Nice bar. Personal is very kind, friendly and helpful. Free parking if you are renting car. I would stay here again. Not the hotels fault but the road there is tricky, we missed our not so obvious turn and ended up entering from exit lol. And overall area wasn't giving walking, however you can find options to eat nearby if you dont want to try hotels restaurant.

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially for the restaurant staff and I like to give kudos to Alex, the manager of the restaurant, Juan Carlos (Colombian) and the bartender, Alfredo (Cuban), was very helpful and informative about their experiences of living Barcelona. There was nothing I didn't particularly dislike. It is an industrial area, however it's not far from the airport, malls, and city center. I was very surprised at how multicultural Barcelona was. I met many people from Central, South, and the latin Caribbean countries who were working up there abroad.

The breakfast buffet was amazing!! Loved the churros and chocolate fountain!! The free shuttle to and from the airport was terrific. More instructions on how to find the airport shuttle. From the airport to the hotel. Maybe a photo also?

The location is excellent with all types of restaurants, entertainment and shopping in walking distance. The room was as pictured but unfortunately it was pointed directly at a wall approximately 10 feet away. Not a great view. It seems all the hotels on booking.com give the worst rooms to anyone booking through them. We literally walked all the way through the hotel and empty rooms to this corner wall room.

It was just okay. We got two rooms. One was great for two people—updated and comfortable. The other room with two beds was not as good. It was older, not updated, and compact, so it felt small. Water in lobby not good. Offer bottle water to guests. Cable links not working to connect English speaking.
