Absolutely everything is perfect. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The choice at the breakfast buffet was unbelievable. The omelettes were 1st class. Amazing staff.

Location right at the lake shore. Clean and comfy rooms. Green beach area. A very professional massage master at the SPA, Ms. Veronica. It's really a rare case nowadays of getting a proper medical massage at a reasonable price. Overall, everything is like double overpriced, including restaurants and bars (a teabag for 6 EUR - that's pathetic). Ridiculously early checkout time (for this price range), at 11am, apparently the latest possible checkout is at 12pm. And I paid 50 EUR extra for it. The lake swimming area is in between the two boat stations, which means one can not really swim in peace and should constantly look out for the boats riding around. There are these information leaflets everywhere in the hotel which warn you against stealing hotel's shampoo or a beach bag which they provide for your stay. This is so ridiculously funny to consider every your guest to be a thief :))) At the same time, for this accommodation price, they could have really presented those poor 30 EUR beach bags to their guests for free. Anyway, if you are looking for a lake experience in Austria, better choose Grand Hotel in Zell am See or an accommodation at Attersee. Both lakes are cleaner than Wörthersee.

Beautiful and extremely clean! The staff was so friendly and assisted with whatever assistance was needed. Highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was super - perhaps higher quality Croissants would be welcomed That I could not get good local beer - very much dislike Heineken (Dutch beer in Austria??) - especially when we have Goesser, Stiegl, etc...I would recommend getting rid of Heineken as it is a poor quality beer in my opinion :-) Support Austrian beer manufactures (support local!!)

Great view to the lake, varied breakfast, friendly staff, very clean. The sunbeds were very comfortable and included in the price of accommodation, along with the towels and a nice beach bag :)

everything was great, spa and wellness, room, location, restaurant and staff service. nothing, all was super

Beautiful setting on the lake in a charming small town that is easily accessed by train. The rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was the best ever and the evening restaurant food was excellent. The indoor pool, saunas and spa services were just what weary travelers needed! Nothing.
