Spend night in a suite and really enjoyed. Man from country with thousand lakes aka Finland enjoyed Velden am Wörther See and its calmness. Hotel was close to lake and service was great at hotel.

brekfast was ok, the girl on breakfast was the only nice person nothing, from the first step trough the door, very rude, unpolite, and at the end make a scene, like we made damage in room, and want to charge me:)) i have been all around the world, i know i am fair, booking can varify that, never have a complaint in my life on all the continents of the world. Maybe i catch one people in a bad mouth, but there is no excuse! DONT GO HERE!!

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly the room was not cleaned properly, in the trash can were 3 empty beer cans and other trash upon our arrival, even though I told reception, nobody came to take the trash out. Horrible view on a a parking lot and walls, what does a balcony serve, if it looks on that? Carpet full of Spot all over!

The staff were amazing, they have helped us a lot and dit the extra mile for us to enjoy our holiday. The room was quite simple, it did not have any AC available.

This Hotel is in a great location in Velden, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, car parking is a great bonus. All in all we spent 6 nights and it was a pleasure to stay. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.
