About Hotel Parks
Surrounded by a 217 ft² park, Hotel Parks in Velden is located on the lake shore of the Wörthersee and features its own beach, a landing stage and a great view of the casino. Free private parking is available and free WiFi is available in the lobby. A passageway connects the main building with the 5.9 ft² spa area including an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam bath and fitness facilities. All rooms have a TV and an private bathroom. Some rooms our (superior rooms) are with a new design and all lakeview rooms offer air conditioning and a balcony facing the lake. À la carte dishes and selected drinks can be enjoyed in the Sol Beachclub next to the hotel.

Location I requested an invoice but have not received it. The room was filthy. When we arrived for breakfast two hours before it ended, half of the food was already gone, and there was no milk.

Great location and exceptional breakfast - the hotel is more luxurious than I expected. The bar is gorgeous. Super friendly staff. No cohesive style. Bar shut early but I guess that’s because we came off season

Excellent breakfast buffet. No beach nor lawn access to lake, only ladder going right into the water. No outdoor shower to rinse off lake water. Overall impression: could use a face-lift. We got upgraded to a junior suite with park view from a budget double room for free. No phone in the room! No face cloth either.

We have been here only for 1 day, but the location is superb, parking is easy. Also you can charge your electric car, the staff can help you with that. The Hotel is almost next to the town, you can access it by walk or even with a Tier or some scooter. Receptionist and the staff were very helpfull and kind. The room was nice, and clean, with proper equipment. The pool and sauna also great. Breakfast has a lot of options, and wide variety of stuff. Gluten intolerance people can have a nice breakfast too. Dinner is from the menu, not swedish style so it will take more time to serve you. If you want to visit the town or do some walking after dinner it is good to start dinner early. Bed mattresses was a little too soft for me.

The location is perfect, very near the town and has a great beach club and sun terrace directly at the lake which is perfect for the summer. Very nice environment and very spacious hotel. The breakfast has lots of options, it’s very good and the staff at the breakfast and at the beach club and beach bar were super friendly and nice! The receptionist at the front desk was very unfriendly, not welcoming and inflexible. We asked if it was possible to add a small extra bed in our room because there weren’t any other rooms available and she told us the room did not have space for an extra bed, which was not true. An extra bed could have been perfectly accommodated in the double room, but they have proved not to be willing to try to accommodate guests requests. At the same time, there was a private party at the hotel one night and they couldn’t offer any dinner options at the hotel for the guests.
