The small, personally run hotel is located directly on Lake Wörthersee, just a 7-minute walk from Velden town center. The paradise with individual charm offers 17 rooms, some with lake views, where you will feel at home. The reception is staffed from 11 to 18.30. We offer all our guest free parking in our underground garage. The wellness area as well as our hotelbar is open all year long. Our hotel does not allow dogs.

The room was well appointed with a nice bathroom and a very large bath. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the lake was a real bonus. The breakfast was was good but not superb, items ran out quickly and took some time to be refreshed. There was a restaurant but it only served a few snacks but it was unclear whether that would improve as the season built.

There was no refrigerator in the room, and reception had no place to keep drinks cold for me after they left at 8:30pm. The smart TV was purposely made to not connect to the hotel's wifi, so only the programmed TV channels were available. No Netflix, YouTube, etc....

The hotel is easily accessible, easy to find, with a closed parking lot under the building. The room is spacious and comfortable with a huge terrace, a wonderful view of the lake. In the bathroom there is a built-in TV above the bathtub. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty. The staff is polite and kind. The bed is quite large, the mattress is a harder type (this may be a problem for those who like soft mattresses). I didn't have any negative experiences.

It's a cute place, welcoming and clean. We had a room with a spacious balcony and and Amazing view. Beyond expectations! Nothing to complain about taking into consideration the quality price. Just some tea in the wellness area.
