It was your basic hotel room. We had trouble with the shower/bathroom. The tub was rusted through on the bottom, and the water pressure was laughable. Also, it was either the temperature of the sun, or freezing cold with no in between. The staff was great and had answers to everything we asked. The elevators and hallways often smelled of weed, and seemed to leak through the vent in the bathroom. Other than that the bed was fine, and the TV was nice. The restaurant attached to the hotel had good food and even better service, although breakfast not being included with your stay was a bit annoying. Overall, not the worst place I’ve stayed, not the best.

Everything was great except the housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:00 and said check out. I said isn’t it at 11. THEN an hour later she knows once and then just comes in.

Great place. The shower pressure was almost nonexistent. Otherwise we would stay here again

The room was dusty and dated. For a "suite" it was definitely not nice. The furniture was all broken and dusty. We got charged way more than what their rates are posted as too.

By far the best nights rest that I’ve had on this entire trip from the Oregon coast to Illinois. The only trouble we had was with the thermostat sticking at 77°. I was way too hot when that happened, but it was not to long till checkout.

For a quick inspection, the rooms were clean. The stack was incredibly friendly no continental breakfast, but they hadn’t attach restaurant so I do understand although the pricing at the restaurant was typical for attached to a hotel. The parking lot needed a lot of maintenance very rough overall your average hotel day.

Beware of this hotel. When I booked this hotel, I was informed the hotel offered a free breakfast and it had a hot tub. Free breakfast was main reason I booked here due to traveling on a budget. Hot tub was a bonus. Both were FALSE. No hot tub and no free breakfast. The hotel is connected to a Bennigans and was told because of that they don't offer free breakfast. You can eat at the restaurant for a fee. So, if you are traveling on a budget beware of that fact. Also, we stayed 3 nights, our room was cleaned once. Staff was friendly enough, not very helpful though. Overall very disappointed. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and were very happy with the stay, not in this case.
