Ok for one night…would not stay again. Stains on the blankets, micro pillows and you better be below average size to fit in the bathroom. Nothing as advertised. The halls were dark and musty smelling…I couldn’t imagine having a conference here.

Rooms were disgusting and not clean. Large brown stain on bedding which appeared to be poop, puke on floor, bedside table and curtains. Floor was filthy. Got a new room but that room had a broken window, nail in the floor that could have gone into someone’s foot and there was only 1 working outlet in the entire room. The floor was also filthy, food remnants and dirt all over. Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Also the elevator made very concerning noises. Children running up and down hallways past 10pm. Staff was friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable, Bathroom light did not come on immediately after the switch was punched. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Staff was rude and property outside was messy. They gave me paper work that had no pricing and not willing to give receipts. Had to take pictures myself.

Chose Sonesta Essential based on location - wanted easy access to a Chick-Fil-A and Sonesta was right off interstate and same road less than a mile away. Also had a Dollar Tree on same road for any little things I forgot. Reasonable price, clean and comfortable room, easy check in with friendly staff. No issues and would definitely stay there again.

Wishing they had a better selection of breakfast. My family stayed at LaQuinta and they had delicious biscuts and gravy for a selection.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and in good condition. Shower was new and had great water pressure. Free breakfast was a little weak. Overall was a good deal and would stay there again.

There was no pool as stated, there is a hidden deposit fee, the rooms were way over priced and our stuff was stolen by the housekeepers

Breakfast not many options and sausage needed cooked more. Coffee was good. Alarm clock/time on clock was not right and could not set it to correct time. No coffee maker in room.
