Seems like the hotel pictures that we saw before booking and what we experienced were poles apart. Even the breakfast place had literally crammed up with little to no space for folks. If getting a refund was an option would probably request consideration for that !

I reserved a handicapped accessible room due to a recent heel surgery and using a knee scooter AND my travel companion is in a wheelchair. It was a disappointment. The property only has one handicap curb entrance into the entire building and the handicap automatic door is on the opposite side of the entrance of the curb, so it is worthless. The room with the roll in shower is too small to turn a wheelchair around. Im not talking about a manuel chair, I'm talking about a zero radius turn chair. My knee scooter was very hard to navigate, as it had no room to turn at all. So I spent the weekend picking it up to turn it. The chair barely cleared the aisle between the bed and TV stand, catching the bedding every time. This property is clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, and the price reasonable but it is not easy to navigate if you are disabled and using mobility equipment.

we stayed 2 nights, the room was not completely clean when we checked in. there was food in the refrigerator and it was not working. there was a spot on the wall where I think, from where there was hardware mounted may have been for something else.
