The breakfast was always timely and delicious. The room was cleaned daily and even the bedsheets were changed regularly, which made our stay very comfortable. We also loved experiencing the typical Balinese house atmosphere — it felt authentic, peaceful, and special. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

This guest house was an exceedingly lovely place to stay. The room was beautifully furnished, the shower had plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice (with different options), the air conditioning worked well, and the daily tidying while I was out was a much-appreciated extra touch. By far, though, the best thing about my stay was the host and his family, who were so kind and helpful. I enlisted the host as a driver for a day and we created a bespoke tour where we saw two amazing waterfalls, a beautiful area of rice fields largely untouched by tourism, and two temples. I also did my laundry at the guest house, at a very reasonable price. It made me want to return to Ubud just to stay here again. I wish I was able to spend more time here.

Lovely quiet location, hosts were warm and friendly, a couple of restaurants are a 5 min walk away, good value for money.

Breakfasts was amazing and the host was wonderful end welcoming. A beautifully designed guesthouse that feels like you’re half in the jungle, half in a temple, half in a museum, and half in some other amazing place. I absolutely loved the decor of the guesthouse. There’s a small pool with Japanese carp, and overall, the design is top-notch and incredibly impressive. Well, the only downside is that it’s not all new, and that’s about it. Also, the hot water in the shower didn’t appear immediately.

It is a family that offers accommodation on their property. It's a large property, with 2 floors and several buildings. They deliver breakfast to your door every morning! There is a broad selection, and you get to partake by eating on a covered balcony! There is also a walk-in shower with a rain-water showerhead, and enough natural lighting. The bed is also comfy cozy - a large king, and semi-firm mattress! The duvet didn't have a sheet on it. There wasn't the utmost of privacy, given the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. That damn rooster...(although it's not theirs, so they can't control it) There's quite the road into central Ubud, but this means you're more nestled in the jungle, with better views, and generally more quiet!

The quietness, and kindness of owners. I had problem paying with Wize. They received their money 4 days after I left. We kept in touch until Paid. I was embarrassed but not my fault. They were understanding and Patient Nothing

Really clean place. They really look after the guests. They also do laundry, rent bikes, everything cheap and best quality you can find in bali. The breakfasts are great, a wide range of variety and you choose at what time you want it. The hosts are really focused in you having a good experience. I hope i can come back someday

Awesome and lovely

We loved our stay at Made’s guesthouse! Made and his wife were so kind and welcoming, we felt right at home from the start. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfy, with fresh towels and cleaning every day. Breakfast was always on time, delicious, and had plenty of options. They also helped us rent a scooter and gave us great tips on where to go. We’d definitely come back and we highly recommend it!

Very lovely people hold this home stay. My room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast!!!! They had some issues with water, but it was fixed the same day.

This hotel is in middle of rice farms in Ubud, host is very friendly and he helped us in getting required things very quickly. We did not have any issue regarding this place. The place was clean and very nicely arranged. Beds were comfy and washrooms were clean. On our last day host helped me finding a taxi as well to airport. It was a wonderful experience for me. Roads to hotel were narrow, so it was challenging for our taxi driver to go there. But taxi driver was good and he helped us getting there everyday.

Very comfortable room and nice breakfast. Excellent quality for a ver good price. The owner is very kind and they really go the extra mile to help you book tours or to accommodate you breakfast in case you have a conflicting schedule. Very recommended
