Pondok Massas Ubud

The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. Breakfast was good. The living room was not air conditioned. The wall has holes (purposely, that's the design) but bugs came in. The TV in my room was not working.

It was a bit run down. The place can use an up lift especially televisions which only had some local channels.

Broken door frame in one of bedrooms, mold stink in bedrooms.

Restaurant food is not the best although I only tried twice out of my 9 days of staying. On one day, the resident across the street was burning the grass inside their compound which the A/C unit intake was blowing into my suite. Outside was worse as it was affecting my breathing I had to leave the premises to avoid the smoke.

The food offered was good More variety

The location was good There’s foul smell of the toilet drain in the room all throughout your stay and we confirmed it was in other people next to us rooms too

The hotel's landscaping and gardening is quite good; the pool is quite okay and the rooms are spacious and clean, but the bathrooms not properly attended. Housekeeping seems to be weak. Breakfast if somewhat okay but very limited choices.

This hotel is absolutely amazing — beautifully designed and well-maintained. The staff is extremely cooperative and friendly; they even cooked the food exactly the way we requested. The floating breakfast was exceptional and such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay!

the poof in front of the bed I have scratched my leg so many times on that needs to be removed or put in a different spot also pillows are too big

Clean and quite all what I was looking for There should be a telephone to contact the receptionist also I would like to have hair dryer and iron without requesting that would be easier.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and easy to travel around. As a solo woman traveler I also felt very safe staying at this place. You can hear every sound the neighbors make

Big Rooms and Bed. Wash Rooms is not clean

Staff are kind. We rent a motorbike with them. It’s close to the city but you’re around rice fields which is nice. The bed was comfortable The pool was not clean, it was green. In the room it smells so bad in the bathroom. Not good enough for the price.
