This is a small 14 Room boutique hotel with Staffing during the day at around 10 to 14. The hotel has free breakfast I believe with their rooms. Promo I saw it was mostly female females that use the accommodation. The location is excellent. Lots to do and within walking distance of many sites. The only real drawback is the staircase are kind of steep and uneven in terms of the height of each stair

I liked that I landed from my flight at 1 am and arrived in the main road at past 2am but Putu met with me and helped me to my room. The food was also good. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help to the best of their abilities On the night I arrived, I managed to sleep at 4am and got woken up at 6am by loud cars and scooters. When I asked to be transferred, Desi immediately apologized and said she has a solution for me and moved me to another room. Which I was wondering why this was not the room that was given to me to begin with. Their breakfast timings are from 8 to 10am only. I think a very short window which could be improved on. Although they do offer to put your breakfast aside when you’re going on tour, no one really wants to eat a soggy toast prepared 7 hours ago. It would be nice to have an earlier timeframe for breakfast. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Lastly, it was nice to have a 1.5 hour massage included in the package. I opted to get this along with a Soothing facial massage. However; the masseuse, Ritsa(I don’t know if I got it correctly) coughed at least 6 times just 10 mins into the massage. I had to tell her halfway into the massage while she kept on coughing that I would just need to cancel the facial. Only then did she seem to become aware of her coughing and tried to stop. This once again reached reception, Desi, who did apologize but added: “the important thing is that you got a good massage, right?” Sadly, less than 2 days after, I was coughing with a sore throat myself which did affect the rest of my stay in Bali.

Although the general location is good, most drivers do not know how to access the road or cannot due to size or that the road was closed until 8am... The breakfast hours were a little late when you have earlier starts or tours. The last night my air conditioner started to leak badly, but overall the room and service was lovely.

This was a wonderful place to spend my first week in Bali The staff are genuinely friendly and want your stay to be a pleasant one. I extended my stay a couple of times. The atmosphere is tranquil and the facilities excellent. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely spacious, clean room and we loved the spa and pool. It’s a great location too.

Great location and staff, delicious breakfasts, very zen. We had a lovely porch. The masseuse was great, as was the driver. Our particular room was small and noisy.

Also lived the towel sculptures, flowers and flower petals on the room when we arrived!

The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is beautiful and the stone tile work throughout. The room is clean and cozy. The bed is a little hard for my taste but that seems to be how the beds are in Bali. They have an aromatherapy diffuser in the room and they give you a little gift basket with some aromatherapy, slippers, water bottle (to fill up free filtered water) and some snacks. The staff could not be sweeter and more accommodating. They remember your name and greet you every day. Breakfast was included daily with some good choices. It’s literally next door to the yoga barn if you want to take some classes. The hotel has a spa and my massage was included in the booking. Riksa ( so?) did a Balinese massage and I really enjoyed it. I read some reviews about the long walk to the hotel and was concerned that I was arriving late at night, but my driver called ahead and they had someone come out and meet me to help with luggage. Also helped when I checked out. It’s a brick pathway but there are some potholes- still wouldn’t have been terrible if I had to wheel my bag down. Close to the city center and can walk a lot of places.

The best room that I had all to myself next to the yoga studio, the location, the staff, the food, pool and especially a beautiful lady called Gigi who went above and beyond to help me purchase a Buddha that I liked that was in my room on display. Thank you for the most beautiful experience ? Nothing

This was an amazing sanctuary in the middle of chaotic Ubud. So nice to come home to in the evening. Great location. Coffee wasn’t available until 7:30.
