Located in the center of ubud, very clean because it’s brand new, excellent staff Although the design of the hotel is gorgeous, the place misses that Bali vibe, it’s full of concrete and lacks the greenery. Since we were booking through Alaya resort page we had no idea it will be a different hotel, it was a surprise. I believe the hotel should make it clearer that it’s a different building to avoid misunderstandings. There is still construction ongoing from both sides of the hotel, which makes it quite noisy throughout the day. The swimming pool doesn’t have any shade, I would recommend the hotel to add some umbrellas. Also the breakfast menu looked too complicated, I would suggest to add more simple breakfast items.

It was beautiful. Boutique. Minimal. A little haven in the midst of busy Ubud. The room is amazing - and it smelled INCREDIBLE! I didn’t want to leave. The beds are comfortable - and the view!!!! The staff were amazing and so helpful Nothing!

Amazing location—you’re right in the heart of everything, with many places within walking distance, including the Yoga Barn and the Monkey Forest. Despite being so central, the hotel still feels peaceful and surrounded by nature. The staff are truly lovely and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back! The air conditioning unit looked a bit old and was somewhat noisy.

Amazing location in the center of the city yet you feel the jungle experience , very clean, staff are friendly You can hear your neighbors, the rooms are not sound proof, but overall we could sleep normally Breakfast can be better, very basic and not much variety

The location is amazing, we really enjoy yoga, and this place is next door to the Yoga Barn, which was fantastic. The pools are nice. The rooms were comfy and clean. Overall, can't wait to go back. So for such a big property in Ubud, I was expecting more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, but that wasn't the case. The Spa also left a lot to be desired - visually, the spa is very well designed, but the skills of the spa staff were lacking. Lastly, this is not very accessible for people with disabilities - no elevators, and stairs all the way to the rooms, even on the 3rd floor.

The pool area and grounds are wonderful! The room we had was very nice with a very big bed and extremly comfortable. Nice staff and very helpful. Location wise very nice, just 20 Mins walk to Ubud Palace, 5 Mins to Monkey Forest. You are close to everything but the surrounding is calm and relaxing. Amazing matchabar at the property. 5 Mins to the Yoga Barn! 10/10, I would come again next time in Ubud. We liked all. Especially the gardner who was harvesting coconuts and gave us some. Plenty of stairs, keep in mind when traveling with kids, but that is no minus at all!

Just a great resort in the middle of Ubud. A very well thought out place. They have everything there-spa, gym, cafe, chill out zone etc… I loved everything there. The design of the room and the bathroom area behind the curtains were a little off for me and that space near the showers what for? Other than that everything was great!

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, good gym, and a beautiful swimming pool. The property feels new and well maintained. All staff I met were amazing and genuinely welcoming. Location is unbeatable, close to downtown Ubud and walking distance to all all the major restaurants and cafes. noting at all.

EVERYTHING was exceptional. loved staff rooms, restaurant on site cafe is my favourite in Ubud. we have come to bali twice and when we come back we will stay at this same property. it’s the best retreat and the rooms were so beautiful. most comfortable bed and excellent rain shower. we came for my birthday and they gave us a room upgrade free of charge, love this place so much. i have nothing negative to say about this property
