The location looked good and the property seems nice. Poor customer service and no flexibility. They did not respond properly to my cancellation request after I made a wrong booking.

The Staff The blinds were not able to be opened or closed and were broken - this affected lighting for sleeping. The TV seemed to have flat battery controls

rooftop pool, staff No soundproofing whatsoever I was moved 3 times and each time I was moved to worse construction noise issues. First time I was told it was construction on floor above me. Second time I was moved because of noise in the paddy fields that had gone on since I arrived and every day after that. Third time I was told it was construction in room across the hallway. There was loud drilling and hammering every day from early morning, and one night there was loud drilling at 10pm at night that only stopped when I called to complain. The rooms have broken blinds that do not open or close and do not darken the room. TV has no streaming apps and only shows Balinese programming. So, couldn’t use it. Cleaning crews would continuously stop by the crew rooms to talk and hang out creating unnecessary disruption tight outside my door all day and night. You would think if they know that everything can be heard inside the rooms they’d be more self aware and have respect for guests. Unfortunately, this what not the case. It was a miserable week and I could. Not wait to leave. They would not refund me any money so I needed up staying the entire 7 nights. I feel a hotel like this should inform people via booking that there’s construction noise, and do something to sound proof it. If you do stay here be sure to get a room on the garden side because the sun will make it very hot in your room during the afternoon and it will not cool down (even with ac at full blast) until late into the night. Again, miserable.

I continue to come back to this great hotel for many reasons: Great location, fabulous staff, amazing rooftop pool, tasty breakfast buffet with different options. There are also free water dispensers in the hallways. Nothing, all great.

Location is super good. Love the breakfast, especially the chicken broth, my kids took quite a lot. We went during rainy season, so there’s a few leaking spot at common area. Need to be extra careful with the slippery floor. Hotel can do something to prevent the water leaking issues.

Liked the staff, comfort, facilities, lovely pool, great breakfast and very clean. Nothing. It was all good.
