Wifi and view.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, the window couldn't be opened and used frosted glass so we couldn't see the view outside the room.

environment ok, breakfast ok, staffs very friendly and helpful These comment is for our 3 rooms - loud noise from ceiling, rat in the room, frog in bath tub, facilities not proper maintain (door lock)

The location and the atmosphere was very nice, the hotel is surrounded by a forest and it has a very beautiful decoration. The room was also nice. I had gastroenteritis after eating breakfast in the hotel. I didn't like also the fact that thet forgot to supply toilet paper although I didn't have in my room. Fortunately when I asked the receptionist he gave to me toilet paper. The room also has many insects maybe because it's in the forest.

Facility needs a revamp

For what you pay it's great. I had to hot spot on my phone to do my work but phone WiFi worked fine.

the breakfast was amazing, so much to choose. once breakfast was over you couldn't get anything else from the hotel, except the use of a water fountain

Confortable, luxurious, loved the bathroom. a little claustrophobic for three persons.

Disappointing

Located just out town so it was quiet and had a nice outlook from the pool. Close to supermarket was helpful and good massage next door It needs updating as the wall paint is peeling, curtains falling apart and bathrooms not nice with water spraying everywhere from shower heads. The bed was like concrete and the one pillow uncomfortable. The pool chairs were mouldy and falling apart. The staff were all very young and lacked information and guidance.Restaurant only open for breakfast so you can’t order snacks during the day

The bedroom was big, the bed comforting and there is a wardrobe. The staff is super nice. I definitely would like to come back Some problems with the showers, it doesn’t drain well so the floor’s bathroom were completely wet.

Nice bed, complete silence around during night,helpful staff,nice breakfast,good swimming pool,decor of entrance area,specious room. Drinking water sealed bottle is limited, ant trails were visible in the room,doors opening /closing very noisy ,

It is a beautiful property. Many indian and continental Restaurants are nearby. Many shops and marts are also nearby and adjacent. Rooms & bathrooms are good. very friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was ok. For indian vegetarians no option except fruits and breads. WiFi speed is very low. No restaurants in Villa for food to be ordered in Room.

Hotels were very clean! Staffs are exceptional! Bathrooms and rooms were excellent!! Maintained so good! A family can happily stay for a week!! Nothing! Everything was perfect! Breakfast was too good! Very peaceful place to stay!

Nothing Worst place to stay, worst cleaning, too much insects, breakfast not good. Staffs not helping character

The least I can say is it is wonderful and amazing. Everything is excellent for what you pay. You get a comfortable, beautiful, clean place. The staff were polite and respectful. The calm inside the rooms. My vacation with my husband was beautiful. I was very afraid because when I arrived, everything became magical. When we refused to let the room be cleaned every day, we were deprived of water inside the rooms because omental water is only distributed during cleaning, and I did not like this point because my husband and I were forced to go out at 4 in the morning to the hotel restaurant to fill water bottles. Note: Before leaving the room, make sure that your gold money and everything is in a safe place from theft. I am not sure about this, but the last night I heard the sound of someone trying to enter the room through the open bathroom, and my husband found footprints of someone on the wall, but as I said before, I am not I'm sure this is just a feeling and an obsession
