Amazing Hotel in Ubud – Simply Perfect! Our stay at this hotel in Ubud was truly unforgettable from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt comfortable and well taken care of right away. The room was excellent – very clean, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details. The view of the surrounding greenery and the peaceful atmosphere made it exactly what you hope for when staying in Ubud. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning as well. Surrounded by nature and designed with a lot of attention to detail, the whole place has an authentic Balinese feel. Whether relaxing by the pool, walking through the gardens, or enjoying the restaurant, the atmosphere is simply special everywhere. What impressed us the most was the perfect balance between comfort and authenticity. You can really feel that the hotel wants to offer a genuine Bali experience while still providing a high level of comfort and quality.

The staff were so attentive and helpful. No request was too much for them. The breakfast was delicious and menu changed everyday. Our garden view room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The outdoor bathroom was beautiful. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was excellent. Shout out to Kama and all the beautiful staff.

The villa with private pool was spacious, clean and provided for a true Balinese experience. We had a great view from our private pool. Staff was friendly and attentive. The properties’ setting is excellent. We enjoyed great couples’ massages in the spa. We leveraged offerings from their sister property (restaurant, yoga classes) via their complimentary shuttle. Kitchen was a little slow. Limited local (Indonesian/Balinese) breakfast dish options. Given the property is on an escarpment, there were more pathways and stairs to navigate then expected but it was very manageable.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The venue was great and the staff were so very warm and welcoming. The hospitality was next level. Most definitely recommend this property to all travelling to Ubud, Bali.

First of all the location of the hotel is very good. Very peaceful ambient and away from the crowdedness of Ubud. And they have shuttle services to Ubud center four times a day. If you like you can prefer walking. And the rooms are very clean with breathtaking view. The staff are very helpful, they made everything so much easier for us. The pool and the breakfast also amazing. No doubt when we come back to Ubud we will stay at this beautiful hotel?

The massage at the spa was one of the best I’ve experienced, deeply relaxing and professionally delivered in a serene setting. The food was equally impressive, with high-quality ingredients and impeccable service throughout our stay. Every detail, from the ambiance to the hospitality, exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Pita Maha to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious escape in the heart of Ubud.

Property is an expansive, lush garden setting. Really beautiful and close to Ubud center. They surprised us with an Anniversary greeting at check We got a pool villa and it was beautiful. Outdoor shower area with a beautiful rock wall. We did the B.B.Q. dinner show one evening and it was entertaining. Staff helped with transport for a fee. Staff are super friendly and remember your name. The breakfast was really good. There was some sort of poo on our front porch every morning which we found hilarious and was promptly cleaned when requested. Main pool is beautiful with great service and cold coconuts. Staff simply amazing. Property is older and a bit musty. It rained heavily in late May, which compounded the wet feeling. Breakfast was great but other meals we took were basic and lacked flavor. Overall not up to 5* standard, but we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location that is both walking distance from the city center yet nestled in a serene jungle canyon away from the noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us navigate a delicate situation with a nearby money changer. The spa treatments were relaxing and reinvigorating. The room was spacious, clean, and the balcony view of the lush jungle and rushing river was an amazing sight every morning. We came on our honeymoon, and had the most relaxing and romantic time here. Highly recommended for travelers seeking to avoid sterile luxury accommodations and find real Balinese beauty.

Good location and very friendly staff. Room size is big & clean, and bed is comfortable. There are not a lot of choices for breakfasts but pretty good food. We did not use the pool so I can not comment on it. none

The landscaping and layout of the place was incredibly peaceful. Breakfast was amazing, the common pools are huge and have tons of room to spread out. I loved the vernacular architecture of my villa, you knew you were staying in Ubud and not just any hotel. I appreciated the different areas to relax and have meals. I had an amazing Balinese massage at the spa and could have fallen asleep afterwards. Know that this is a more rural environment and can feel like camping at moments; but I enjoyed that. The screens had holes in them in the toilet room so bugs would come through pretty easily, could have been better renovated for the villa experience; they seemed kind of dated or needed repair. But that wouldn't keep me from booking a villa again. It looked like they were actively renovating villas while I was there (not that I could hear it though, just noticed roof repair the days I was there).

Splendid resort with excellent facilities. Nice restaurant and the surroundings are beautiful. Spa works well and can recommend a massage Some staff still need to improve their English skills. But it’s not a big issue

The first room that was assigned to me triggered my allergies (moisture in the room). The staff was able to move me to a different room, however.

Absolutely breathtaking views of the jungle from our room! The property is nested on a hill, so be prepared to walk up and down the steps to get around. We took advantage of the spa on property and have to say it was the best experience we’ve had across Bali - the staff paid special attention to the “pain points” and we left completely relaxed and ready to take on the day. Overall, you get your bang for the buck staying at this hotel and the scenery around is just a cherry on top.
