The entire staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely caring, always making sure we felt comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made our experience extra special. The room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and the room service was excellent always prompt, professional, and delivered with a smile. The spa experience was another highlight of our trip. A special thank you to Aye, who gave us a complimentary foot massage that was truly amazing and so relaxing. Her professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of dishes, all prepared fresh and full of flavor. Every meal we had was enjoyable. As a lovely final touch, we were also given a beautiful gift on our last day before leaving, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. We highly recommend Sakti Garden Spa Resort to anyone visiting Ubud. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience genuine Balinese hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again! We liked everything but perhaps to have more information about attractions around the hotel eg various leaflets.

The surroundings are beautifully lush and jungle-like, while the rooms remain elegant, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning views. The food was consistently excellent. We heard that some guests mentioned a limited selection of cold cuts at breakfast, but this wasn’t an issue for us at all; we found the variety more than satisfying. There is now also a spa on-site, which is a wonderful added treat during your stay. The resort is a bit removed from the busy area, around a 30-minute walk, but they provide a shuttle service. Walking down can be pleasant, even though there isn’t always a proper sidewalk, and getting back by motorcycle taxi is very easy. A small note: there are quite a few steps around the property, but the staff is always ready to help with luggage, which we really appreciated.

The room is big and comfortable. They seen not to have good security. My daughter left a sum glasses at the restaurant and it was not found!

The staff was so warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped onto the property! We were able to book a lovely driver from the airport and were welcomed with cooling towels and a delicious drink. We were helped to our rooms and the decor was so peaceful and grounding. Each day was like a new adventure with all the beautiful scenery, the pool, the spa and the delicious food! We will definitely be returning here. I also was able to get gluten free food options that were delicious and healthy. So highly recommend this resort ? None, everything was so nice!

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, shuttle to Ubud makes it convenient, we also enjoyed the onsite restaurant for high quality dinner and breakfast.

Great stay in Ubud

The property was gorgeous, really beautiful, it took our breath away. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of variety that changed every morning and accommodating request. Best of all, every member of staff was incredible, they were polite and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I honestly can't even think of constructive criticism, it was all perfect!

Great place and very friendly people. Augustinos was very helpful and friendly. Lovely pool and beautiful walkways between the rooms. The food was awesome. Excellent care and service. Portion size of the ribs I ordered was disappointing....like a starter. The bit I did receive tasted fantastic. Beds are too hard for my comfort.

The manager gave us some light food and snacks, considering my health issue. He also gave my little daughter a toy when we left there. Their hospitality and kindness were beyond our expectations and we were truly grateful for their service. Almost nothing

overall, it was good experience The lighting in the rooms can be improved a little bit. During the dark hours the light in some locations of the room are slightly dim.

Balcony was too small. The linen and pillows were werent soft enough ..of as good quality as other hotels at lower price we stayed at

The sweetest surprise was how the hotel quietly noticed it was my birthday — they prepared a little celebration for me during breakfast, and when I returned to my room later in the day, I found “Happy Birthday” beautifully arranged on the bed. It was such a heartwarming touch that made my day even more special. The hotel itself is very peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Our King Room was spacious for two people, with a big window and a lovely small balcony overlooking tropical plants — so relaxing to wake up to that view. Room service was quick and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this hotel. It’s quiet, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. I’ll definitely recommend it to all my friends, and I’d love to stay here again next time I come to Ubud. Literally nothing

Very mediocre and very limited choices Little India section was a joke! They should put 8n some effort to make something better. We stayed for 4 nights and cannot say if any day was better for breakfast!
