Pool was lovely over looking to rice fields…sunset was a highlight with a couple of poolside beers…breakfast was very enjoyable and staff went out of there way to assist… Nothing

Good value for money with AC room, included breakfast, clean pool, super friendly and helpful staff, nice location, daily housekeeping, fresh coconuts, overlooking rice fields Breakfast was ok but not amazing, room walls are thin I could hear my neighbors in the evenings, food menu is expensive for what it is and not much variety

Accomodations, location and staff were outstanding. Bathrooms could be a little more upgraded but were excellent for the most part.

Amazing staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The pool and the views from the pool were very nice. Cleaning was acceptable but could be better. The room was nice and well conserved. Location is not bad, but not in the city center. Breakfast can be improved and the prices in the restaurant were bit high.

As one negotiated with cars, motorcycles and pedestrians through Ubud center, one finally gets to relax at this beautiful and quite villa looking out to serene rice field, garden and a swimming pool. This is the Bali we came here for and yet not far from many of the attractions and temples.

Well unless you are laying for the most expensive room the stay here is not nice and the propeller waste your time. Customer satisfaction has gone way down for me in the past 3 days. Since I wasn’t able to stay in there $100 room a night there has been issues with the air conditioner, rooms smell like mold, manager is unavailable and takes over 1.5 days to reply to issues/room stays. I have a health condition and I was in my room sweating asking for my old room back because I know the AC is good and they wanted to give me a room that the AC was not yet on. Plus they haven’t given me my personal property yet of my water filter as there water us terrible If you aren’t paying for a $100 room then they don’t treat you well.

This property is beyond beautiful, the views will make you say “oh my god”, followed by a giant smile on your face. Most importantly the staff - every single one - it so kind, so caring and makes you feel like this is home. The facility is exceptionally clean, the pool will make you super relaxed and the sound of nature will put you in the best mood possible. The meals are divine, my belly has never been so happy - you must try the salmon as it’s pure perfection. I am sad to leave but I will be back.

The service staff go beyond their way to make your stay comfortable and convenient. They will keep you well informed about the kitchen timings, etc. Get your glasses, ice, and food in good time. Always smiling and genuinely very hard working. The rooms appears very tired. With little upkeep, it can go a long way. Electric sockets are old, bathroom drainage smells, door handles and fitting need tightening. The pipe connection behind the commode had the tile broken....the Flush of the WC keeps stopping, need to mannually adjust by lifting the hood of the tank. And the rooms and common areas, especially buffets, need pest control and cover from ants crawling on food. Chafing trays, lids on sweets and fruits...these are minor expenses for such a hotel. But it will ensure healthy offerings.

I would not stay in the junior suite. The bathroom tub is dirty and old but I guess that’s what you get for that price. The suites I got moved to was much better and I’d stay there again. The first room I booked was horrible. I got lucky that the A/C broke and I got moved to a better room. It would be awesome if there was a small gym on site.

The staff couldn't have been more wonderful! The food was terrific and the vibe was great. My toilet stopped working a few times - it was an easy fix. I wish I would have known that right away so I could take care of it myself.
