Purana Suite Ubud

The staff are incredibly helpful. They have gone out of their way to make us enjoy our stay. The receptionists are great in offering their services. My wife and I also enjoyed the excellent services of the massage and wellness staff. I’m certainly going to return to that gem in Ubud.

Staff are very pleasant. The building itself is very beautiful. Good location. A bit far from the center but close to the main street. There was a bit smell of moldiness in the room, probably due to its proximity to the swimming pool

We loved our stay at Purana Suite Ubud. The staff were exceptionally friendly and even surprised my father with a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast, room service and spa massages were all excellent. Convenient location with a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nothing

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We couldn’t flush toilet paper in the toilet. The food was a little expensive. The hotel was located far from the center of Ubud.

The staff are very friendly and always willing to help, everything is very nice and the food is delicious. The internet in the room was not fast, and the connection would sometimes drop during meetings.

I had a wonderful stay at Purana Suite Ubud. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, polite, and welcoming, and they truly made me feel at home. What made my stay even more special was the lovely surprise they prepared for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and something I will genuinely remember. The location was also excellent. It is right on Ubud’s main road and close to everything, especially the Monkey Forest, so I was able to walk almost everywhere easily. The facilities were great as well. One thing I especially appreciated was the dehumidifier in the room. As someone who does not like using AC, I found it incredibly helpful, and honestly, no other hotel I have stayed in has done this before. It was such a smart and thoughtful touch. Breakfast was very good too, and overall the entire experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Purana Suite Ubud to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay in Ubud. Nothing!

A beautiful small sanctuary in Ubud. The staff is exceptional. A great restaurant and the included breakfast was the best!! Situated on the main busy road although the noise levels were minimal in the rooms.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The architecture blends modern and traditional style and lots of greenery. Very nice seeming pool. Exceptional service by the stuff. Good breakfast and good restaurant for lunch or dinner. The location is on a busy and noisy street. Though the rooms are facing the inner garden with the seeming pool and we didn't hear the noice during the night, so no problem for sleeping. One of the rooms had very high humidity in it, which made it a bit smelly unless a dehumidifier was working all the time.

booked this last minute in a rush and didn’t have time to research much but it ended up being one of my favorite stays in my whole month in Bali! the staff was just amazing and made it such an amazing experience from start to finish, all such nice people and the spa was AMAZING, beautiful space and incredible massage therapists. the room is very spacious and photos don’t do it justice, it’s much more luxurious than expected in person! probably the best value for money in Bali, this is a luxury hotel for a fraction of the price. nothing! it was perfect

Beautiful ambience, comfortable romantic setting located in the village of Ubud. Lovely people . Wonderful massage. Delicious breakfast that was included. Great value . We will definitely come back. I would simply say is that the pillows were too big and hard for me. I prefer softer pillows for sleeping .

Staff are very friendly and helpful! SPA is amazing , must try！ Girls are always searching the white light for their makeup, maybe can have one white light for the mirror area.

Arguably one of the best hotels I've stayed at travelling the world. Where to start, friendly and welcoming staff (greet you by name everyday), excellent services (daily activities like yoga, massage, etc.), housekeeping attentive to clean rooms at your convenience, beautiful hotel with pool, excellent location, daily breakfast, and again, the service is world class. I highly recommend to all who visit Bali.

My stay at Purana Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the people were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The property itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained. Not once did I notice any odors or critters, which made the space feel even more relaxing and comfortable. Speaking of comfort, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in while traveling. After long days exploring Ubud, it felt like the perfect place to recharge. One of my favorite little touches was the welcome drink. It was so good that it quickly became my go-to drink during my stay. Even though it wasn’t officially on the menu, the staff happily made it for me whenever I asked. That kind of thoughtful accommodation really stood out. The spa experience was exceptional. I can honestly say the massage I received was the best I’ve ever had… relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed. I also joined the cooking class, which was such a fun and memorable experience. At one point I started feeling a bit lightheaded, and the chef kindly stepped in and finished preparing the meal for me while making sure I was okay. The warmth and attentiveness made the experience even more special. And the food… AMAZING. The restaurant served the best Indonesian food I’ve ever had. Every single dish was outstanding. I truly didn’t have one item I didn’t enjoy. I would also be remiss not to mention Fitri, who made the stay even more special. She was so welcoming from the start. We talked, laughed, and her beautiful smile and spirit made every interaction feel genuine and kwarm. Sukraeni was equally as amazing too. Everyone at the property actually. I typically struggle to remember names, but I’ll never forget theirs because of the service. In fact, my experience at Purana was so wonderful that even after moving to another property to join friends who arrived a few days later, I kept coming back. Nothing about the property. I did regret splitting my Ubud stay between 2 properties. I should have stayed at Purana.

Location is good. Easy to walk around. Staff very friendly and sweet. The bed is a bit too soft for me and breakfast if have more variety options will be good.

Wow this place blew me away so much that I came back to stay here again. The staff is lovely and incredibly helpful, the facilities are top notch and my favorite part - the personal touches! From the personalized welcome messages to the bedtime stories you get every evening this place truly felt like home. I didn’t really need it but the tv is a bit obsolete.
