Great value for money, comfortable room, nice staff, I was allowed earlier check in, quiet property, much more peaceful than being in the middle of Ubud’s centre. Wifi was slow and location it is a little far from Ubud’s centre if that is what you are after.

Very lovely staff and not too far from the center of Ubud. Very quiet at night and clean rooms, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Parking your bike off the street near the accommodation is possible, but it's a little hard. If you're comfortable on your bike, you should be ok.

The place is so calm, so peaceful, feel fresh and a little wild. I love the simplicity, the privacy, the scenery. Lack of maintenance, not very clean, broken chairs, ichy sheets, strong humidity smell in the bathroom. Also the photos on booking.com don't match the reality.

Loved the outdoor bathroom but all my toiletries got wet during a rainstorm. You don't expect that to happen normally ?

The location was really good! And safe for a solo traveler. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have wanted, partly because it was outdoors.

Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor shower and sink. Clean and comfortable bed. Incredibly affordable. Nice outdoor space. Peaceful and quiet location away from main road. Location is a bit far from most of the things I wanted to do, but easy scooter or a 15-20 min walk.

The property is not maintained, horribly unclean. Door locks and showers are broken.

Astawa house is a beautiful and cozy place that has perfect location, bungalows are very clean and the garden gives such a nice feeling to it. Staff are very friendly and always there to help with any request. Its close yo all the important things and its quite.

It’s a great value for the price! I really liked the outdoor shower and the fact that it was close to Titi Batu wellness club where I spent the majority of the day! The room could have been cleaner (deep clean) there was a lot of dust between the walls and furniture, and the toilet room had permanent stains and water. I believe there was also mold in the toilet room. Sometimes housekeeping would forget to replenish the tissue box and toilet paper, leaving me in a tricky situation in the morning lol. But they were quick to answer when I’d text them!

Not much, friendly staff but that was it. Watee pressure poor, only 1 smallish window, grounds unattractive, ants, no outlet by bed for phone. It was a bit ramshackle i and i do no how to rough it. I moved next door Ketut Liyers for close to the same price with a pool and amazing grounds, but dont waste your money on the palm reading, astrology reading its BS which i kind of expected but did it for fun and it was a total waste of money. I feel bad giving a bad rating for Astawa but it was way over priced.
